We bought this the day our boy had his first jabs, and just could not settle. Within 5 minutes of placing on the bed, we got a huge smile and fixated eyes as he watched the animals turn around whilst playing a soft lullaby.
The height is good as baby cannot reach any of the hanging animals so there’s no risk of pulling it down. The plastic to screw it on to the cot is quite bulky so had to be hidden underneath a bumper just in case baby rolled into it. It’s not made for travel cots, however we did use it on ours and “risked the mesh”. The mobile wasn’t too loud and the soft colours meant it didn’t overstimulate baby.
We have kept it for baby #2, which shall be used soon and is a beautiful mobile suitable for all genders!
