I did a lot of research before becoming a mum for the 2nd time. I spotted the Journey Edit in store and liked it but I was dubious about the quality not being a ‘higher’ brand and the price was reasonably low. So I went home and you tubed peoples reviews. Wow they sounded great. I took the plunge and I was so impressed once I got it home! I went against all superstitions and put it together with a few months to go till my little one arrived. So easy to put together. Looked classy(navy blue) and had a quality look about it and reasonably light to pick up. (It would be nice to have an option to have a girly colour or something to add to make it girly).
Since having my little girl I have been totally amazed by this product. So easy to use great quality for the price. Although it take up room in the boot of the car the pram gets shoved in and out the car so much through school runs and shopping etc and it has kept its look colour and stability. The carrycot has a lovely large area for my baby to lie in and she sleeps very well. I would buy this over any expensive pram again ( although I swear I’m never having anymore children!).

I love this pram! It does everything we need for a fraction of the cost of other branded prams. I have a Maxi Cosi Rock car seat which is also so easy to just clip onto the pram. It’s a great size and folds up really easily and to a great size. We are now onto the pram seat, instead of the carry cot and my daughter loves watching everything we as go out

Love my pram. I have it in grey and is beautifully made, solid and does everything you could ever want from a pram with ease. No issues with folding, large storage area at the bottom, soft fabrics, just superb.

This pram is amazing I have it in grey, the carry cot is very snug for my baby. I always get complimented on how nice it looks, it's very easy to push and the storage basket is perfect size for me. I haven't yet tested out the pushchair but from what I can see and feel it will be just as good as the pram.

As a first time parent, buying a pushchair was a difficult decision. But when I saw the Mothercare journey pushchair, I knew that was the right for me.It looks very beautiful, the metal and the leather handles makes you think it should be expensive. Actually, no!The price is very reasonable. Not only that, this pushchair is easy to fold. I am quite an active mum, going out a lot, taking my baby at child’s group and I drive every day. Folding the pushchair has never bothered me. It’s easy and light as well. In addition I love the material and the colour of it.(I’ve got the light grey)

We bought this pram on a budget for our first baby. The pram has a luxe appearance which rivals prams at 3x the price. It is easy to put up and collapse and is compact enough to easily fit in a small car boot.
The carrycot and upright seat along with adapters for car seats make for a really useful and versatile travel system that grows with your baby. We did worry that if we bought a more affordable pram we would have to repurchase again, however, after 6 months of daily use the pram looks as good as new!

We had this as our first pram and can not fault it. When weighing up this between a silvercross this just was better in price compared to the silvercross. You get everything included too so it’s a bargain

I have recently become a first time mum and spent a lot of time researching products I was going to need for baby. When it came to the pram I knew I didn’t wasn’t to spend a lot of money but wanted something sturdy and stylish.
I love the chrome look that most prams have now but they came with an expensive price tag such as the i candy range.
So when I was in mothercare and spotted the journey and the journeys price I bought it there and then. The design caught my eye initially because of the chrome and I also loved the pale grey colour.
Since having my baby we go out in the pram most days and I absolutely love pushing it!
The suspension is very good, the faux leather on the handle makes it comfortable to push. It’s incredibly easy to change from the pram to the car seat all you need to do is press two buttons and the pram lifts off.
It came with the pushchair part as well for when she’s older and it came with a rain shield which fits very well and is easy to pull over the pram.
The only thing that’s a downside is there is a little zip up storage bag under the pram but it’s very small so it’s not very useful for storing things in.
All in all I’m in love with my mothercare journey and am delighted with the quality and the price I paid.

    Strengths:
Lightweight- so you won’t be doing your back in taking it in and out the boot!
Strong: sturdy, we have had ours for 3 months and still in perfect condition and I’m not the most careful of people!
Cheap: such a bargain and looks good too. Had so many compliments about it.

    Weakness:
The only weakness is it is quite bulky for your boot. I have a 4x4 and can’t fit much else in my boot.

Where do I start?! Brilliant value for money, much cheaper than a lot of pushchairs I was looking at. Mine is the grey colour with brown leather handle. Folds easily, adjusts according to Age and ability of child. Many different options. Almost all fabrics removable for washing.
Looks lovely, pushes very smooth, good suspension for price. Storage for car seat adapters and rain cover- this bag gets in the way of the brake slightly but this is being very critical as it’s not really a problem!
Mine is used all the time and gets battered a lot, still looks and works brilliantly and because I didn’t pay an extortionate amount I don’t mind the wear and tear so much!

After deciding we wanted a full travel system, we were so shocked by the prices that the more well known brands were charging, to let’s face it, a consumer with potentially little knowledge of pushchairs.

As a first time mum I was bewildered by the choice that we had, but I knew I wanted something that looked stylish without breaking the bank. So far our use of the Journey edit has been faultless. Our now 5month old son is alway comfy and safe in the pushchair, and the handy storage basket (which is much larger than more expensive alternatives) means we have plenty of space if we go shopping.

Whether it’s me or my husband pushing, the telescopic handle ensure that it is comfortable to push, and the locking function of the front wheels means that it is suitable for uneven terrain too.

Folding the pushchair is so simple and the frame is very small when in its folded position. The only extra function I wish it had was a clip to hold it folded for when putting in the car boot.

Having the car seat adopters is really handy too, for those quick trips that you don’t want the full carrycot or pram-seat with you. Just don’t forget to test any pushchair you buy in your car boot first.

I would recommend this pushchair to all parents, and I would especially urge new parents to consider this pushchair, before spending a fortune on a more well known brand.

Very sturdy when used with either the seat or carrycot, good value for money, seems comfortable

All in all a fantastic pram which is brilliant value for money.
The frame itself seems very sturdy and has a large shopping basket that is easy to access regardless of the seat position. The handle is also height adjustable which we find very useful with my partner being a lot taller than me. The handle is also very comfortable.
Both the seat and carrycot do seem to be very comfortable and the seat unit can also be used both parent and world facing which is a massive bonus.
I think one of the best features is that this comes with a pram liner and cosy toes included which I find is usually an extra cost with any other pram.
The wheels at the front also lock to make steering easier in certain circumstances and seems to make the ride for the baby more comfortable.
I think this pram is excellent value for money, especially with all the extras included as I have mentioned.
Would definitely recommend and buy again.

The pram is excellent value for money.
We wanted something that looked smart, could fit a car seat in it and wasn’t too expensive.

It fits a few different car seats which is good as you have more options.

The fabric is nice and easy to wipe away marks. And the mattress in the carry cot has a removable cover which can be washed. Which I have found really useful.

Folds down with 2 hands but very easy and once folded has a handle for one lift into the car.

We love ours and 100% recommend

I really like this Pushchair as it is great for the price and has quality.
It got also good suspensions so this pushchair is good on various roads.

We did not use the cot for long time as my LO preferred the car seat instead.

It is also compatible with different car seats - we used Maxi Cosi.

This pram is prefect. With a carry cot and pram. They can be perant or world facing. Easy to keep clean, just a damp cloth to wipe over and it's fresh as a diasy.
Assembly is quick, instructions are simple.
Quick to put down when out and about.

We brought the car seat which is fantastic cos when baby's asleep it easier to attach the car seat then taking her out of the seat to put in the carrycot.

I love my mothercare Journey pram.
My son has used it since birth and it's been amazing.
The only issue is that I found the handle is easily scuffed and that's not terribly avoidable when you're putting it in and out your car boot.
It adapts easily and folds away easily.

The Mothercare Journey Edit is an overall good pram and on a whole I would score it an 8/10.

The pram is excellent value for money, the base is very strong and sturdy and a very smooth ride on all terrain. We choose this pram due to the suspension we found that market leading brands did not have anywhere near or any suspension at all.

If I could suggest one thing that could be improved it would be the size it dismantles to. I have to remove the wheels to fit into my car and my boot isn’t on the smallest size. I found everything else about that pram great.

This has been a great pram, hard wearing, comfy and works in all weather and environments. I have used it rain or shine to walk to the shops, it has a great basket for bringing stuff home! O have also used it off road for walks up the tow path and it has been brilliant. My little boy loves to ride, sleep and play in his pram, and it also works really well with a Mothercare Maine car seat on adapters!

This a fab pram / pushchair . Great bonuses of being interchangeable between car seat carry cot or pushchair attachment so it will last my little one a long time. Handy zipped pocket at the back perfect for putting keys / more valuable items in whilst out and about, and has a large pouch underneath for changing bag, shopping or other essentials. One big positive is the handle adjusts to multiple positions to make it comfortable for my 5ft2 mum of 6ft2 husband.
Downside is you have to take the pram into 2 pieces to fold it down and it is a little bulky to put in the car.
