We bought this after we bought the Joie car seat and pram system, and I'm so glad we got this isofix as it's so much easier than straining to fasten the seatbelt correctly, especially when I've got an older child who needs to go many places I can pop baby in safe and sound and she can still babble to her brother! This is great and a must buy product if you need to travel with baby in a car. It's quick and easy to fit onto a car and when you fetch baby in and out of the car it's done with just a click and you can ensure baby is secure by the show of the green lights. It's more efficient than strapping baby in with a seat belt and well worth the money.... if you're debating getting one.... buy it! It's made my life so much easier - Strengths:

I have This item for my car seat it’s amazing easier to put the car seat in the car and it’s safer then a seat belt the only down side is if you don’t have the car seat in there when driving it makes a rattling nois - Strengths:

Brilliant! I would recommend this to anyone with a child seat. There is no mucking about with seatbelts it is literally just a case of putting the car seat on to the base and that is it. Even when it's dark you don't need to mess about you just drop it in the base and it clicks into place and you done. - Strengths:

This product is amazing. It is so easy to fit, all instructions are easy to follow and I felt very confident that I had fitted it correctly with the colour coding system. It’s heavy initially to put in the car but the safety outweighs this minor detail. The seat is easy to place on and off the brackets. I have had no qualms with using this, I am a very anxious person when it comes to putting my baby in the car and this really helps. The slight weakness is that chunkiness of the base which effects passengers in the back of the car but the sturdiness outweighs this problem.Read more

First of the negative it is weighty most bases are but with the joie one the leg is also a negative it doesn't click in place when folded so it can catch you if your not ready for it. Other than that I love this base. It's easy to fit with clear indicators when in correctly both on the isofix points and leg. Easy to put base on and off again with clear noise and indicators when safely and correctly in place. - Strengths:

The I-base is quick and easy to use, it’s saves all the hassle of trying to get the seat belt around the car seat because you can just clip the car seat on and off you go, it’s also go colours either side of the base to indicate whether the car seat is on properly or not, it’s absolutely fantastic I would definitely recommend! - Strengths:

As a soon to be mother of 2 I needed to be able to put my baby safe in the car quickly before my toddler tried to escape her carseat. I don't have all the money in the world and needed something cheap and cheerful but providing safety. This is the Joie i-Base which is compatible with the Joie i-Gemm, Gemm and Juva group 0+ baby car seats. Stand out security with the Isofix attachment, and belt tensioner to ensure extra firm installation when using your car's seat belt safe and convenient. Don't worry about getting it wrong, the colour indicators will confirm that you haven't fitted the base incorrectly, and also that you have attached your seat onto properly too.
