The I-base is quick and easy to use, it’s saves all the hassle of trying to get the seat belt around the car seat because you can just clip the car seat on and off you go, it’s also go colours either side of the base to indicate whether the car seat is on properly or not, it’s absolutely fantastic I would definitely recommend! - Strengths:

First of the negative it is weighty most bases are but with the joie one the leg is also a negative it doesn't click in place when folded so it can catch you if your not ready for it. Other than that I love this base. It's easy to fit with clear indicators when in correctly both on the isofix points and leg. Easy to put base on and off again with clear noise and indicators when safely and correctly in place. - Strengths:

This product is amazing. It is so easy to fit, all instructions are easy to follow and I felt very confident that I had fitted it correctly with the colour coding system. It’s heavy initially to put in the car but the safety outweighs this minor detail. The seat is easy to place on and off the brackets. I have had no qualms with using this, I am a very anxious person when it comes to putting my baby in the car and this really helps. The slight weakness is that chunkiness of the base which effects passengers in the back of the car but the sturdiness outweighs this problem.Read more

Made it so much easier to just clip the seat in and out. Was nice knowing the seat was secure rather than worrying about doing a seat belt right. Was ab unexpected cost as I thought it came with the seat but well worth the money - Strengths:

Brilliant! I would recommend this to anyone with a child seat. There is no mucking about with seatbelts it is literally just a case of putting the car seat on to the base and that is it. Even when it's dark you don't need to mess about you just drop it in the base and it clicks into place and you done. - Strengths:

This was used for our first car seat for our son. It came as part of a travel system but from what I hear can only be used with a small number of car seats. This is great and a must buy product if you need to travel with baby in a car. It's quick and easy to fit onto a car and when you fetch baby in and out of the car it's done with just a click and you can ensure baby is secure by the show of the green lights. This is really practical to use in different cars with either isofix or the seat belt . It stays in place well and it’s easy to remove the car seat with ease .Read more
The colour indicator on the leg is almost impossible to see unless you are a contortionist . You have to be at the right angle in front of the leg to enable you to see the correct position (green) and it would have been much better to have the indicator at the back so you don’t have to practically remove the front seat to see . - Weaknesses:

Very easy to operate once its in the car. Feels nice and secure even if you're trying to tug on it quite hard to check it.
