Wouldn’t be without this grow egg and still 2 years on I use it in my boys room. Acts as a night light which I love! Plus puts mind at ease especially if they aren’t feeling well you can check temp of room. Sometimes wonder if it’s accurate but do trust it along with instinct. Love the colours and it’s so easy to read/learn. Definitely recommend

I love this thermometer as I can roughly see how the temperature in the room is just by looking at the colour of the egg. The downside to this is it’s quite bright and I struggle to sleep with it in my room. If there was a night mode this would have no downsides! - Strengths:

I wouldn't be without our groegg. As a first time mum this gives me great piece of mind as we all worry about our babies getting too hot.
To be able to glance and know what temperature our room is means I know exactly how to dress him at night.
I also love the colour guide to tell me at a glance if the room is in the optimal temperature. Also it works really well as a night light, so I can see my son quickly without waking him.

Absolutely love our grow egg! We have it placed in our bedroom as our little girl is only 8 weeks, since getting it and dressing her to the temperature she’s now been sleeping better and doing 8 hours at night! Makes me feel so much better knowing she’s not getting too hot or too cold and it’s so easy to read with it being digital, it also has a night light that changed colour depending on the temperature. - Strengths:

Love this product. Looks nice in the nursery and we use it as a night light as well as telling the temperature of the room. Changes colour depending on whether the room is too hot/cold or just right for baby. Price is reasonable too. - Strengths:

Love the design of the egg. Feels durable and child safe for when the little one is older. Clear colours and paper guidance as to clothing and blankets. Not sure about the accuracy yet.

Top baby buy for new parents! This has been so helpful in our room since having baby. Not only does it act as a nightlight for feeding but it also tells the temperature which in turn allows us to guage what to dress baby in at night. Much the same as the original gro egg (I was given the gro egg 2) great to tell the temperature of rooms so does what it says on the tin! This egg feels nice and is soft as well so I think it would take a few nocks which inevitably it does.
You can adjust the light as well so can use it was a little night light if you need to with its varying colours, depending on the room's temperature

We recently purchased the gro egg 2 and it does what it says. We chose the mains adapter version and plugged it in, after a few seconds it turned a yellow colour to indicate the room temp. It had four different colours to represent the different temp range and I love it. It’s abit pricy for £30 but it’s good. The - Strengths:

I love the product and feel it is a must have to ensure you know the true temperature of the room and how to dress your little one. I really like the night light affect that it gives off as I myself find it very soothing. During the hot weather it has been perfect and im sure in the winter it will serve the same purpose to ensure my little one will be warm enough. - Strengths:

I bought this whilst pregnant after reading the dangers of over heating at night time and SIDS. We've had it plugged in since day 1 and it helps us determine what to dress our daughter in for the night.
I love how it also has a night light with it. At the moment the brightness is great as it doesn't distract us as she is still in our room however I feel that this could be a bit brighter for when she goes into her own room. - Strengths:

<p>Bought the gro egg 2 because of the temp light colour changes and good reviews from friends, it’s a good product but I also have the <a href="https://www.consobaby.co.uk/bath-and-room-thermometer-tommee-tippee.html">Tommee tippee room and bath thermometer</a> which is portable and cheaper, does the same job, I don’t feel I need varying coloured lights to tell me the temperature of the room to help me choose the best bedding for my baby! It has to be near a plug which doesn’t make it portable, and it’s very expensive! Wouldn’t buy again if I new a single portable thermometer was all I needed</p> - Strengths:

I love this product.
We have one in our room and always have it switched on. Our baby was born in August in the middle of the heatwave we were having so was brilliant as our room is always so hot.
The only thing I dont like about it is the brightness, as baby is still in our room it lights up the whole room when all the lights are off. - Strengths:

I bought this thinking that it would be brilliant about determining the room temperature and also the handy nightlight which you and adjust to make it brighter or dimmer. I started to notice that the room was becoming warmer but the Groegg 2 was saying 18 degrees (the ideal temp) but wasn't until I set up the baby monitor I noticed different readings. So I bought another thermometer and that was the same temperature as the baby monitor, some 2 degree's higher. And eversince the Groegg 2 has been installed its given me these readings. It's unsettling to know that the readings are so different. Especially as you're supposed to keep to an ideal temperature and unknowly its in fact a higher room temperature.

This is very easy to use and is quite modern looking. Just plug cable in and switch on and it will give you the temperature. I keep mine in our bedroom as baby is in with us. It's great for by temperature only fault is as it changes colour to tell you if the room is too hot or cold so you know how to dress baby, it lights up the whole room I guess it's good if baby needs a night light to sleep, but personally it really keeps me awake sometimes. Not good when baby is actually sleeping ? if it gets caught between the two temp colour changes it just keeps flashing. Apart from that highly recommend. - Strengths:
