I think these are really good idea because it keeps my fabirc car seat clean from where my daughter's feet just about sit on the car seat as they go over her car seat. This isn't exactly a weakness but the base of the seat cover could be longer because when it's been raining or she's been in mud her feet sometimes get on the seat because the seat protector isn't quite long enough - Strengths:

Found this very useful in preventing the heavy car seats from marking our leather seats. Also stops muddy feet from ruining the chair.

The Diono gripit Mat is a fantastic product. We bought it to protect my car seat in my new car and it has already proved its worth it gold.
Not only is it stopping my seat from getting damaged and the car seat from slipping, but it has saved my car from biscuit crumbs, wee and a huge projectile vomit.
Unfortunately it doesn't fully cover the seat and some sick did get through but I am not sure you would be able to stop this from happening.

Wanted something to protect the leather and hold the car seat sturdy without slip as well as not be bulky. Love this so much i bought one for my partners car (not leather). Easy to install and eastly to remove for cleaning. - Strengths:
