I personally love the bumbo, I can trust that baby will be safe in there while I deal with my older children- it is very sturdy, and not easily moved, so no chance of tipping it over. It also works great in the bath as again it doesn't move and supports baby in the water

Found very helpful for when my daughter was interested in sitting up and and looking about but wasn’t strong enough to do so without falling to one side. Easy to use when starting to wean. Also I got the tray to go with it which was good to put suction toys onto so she could play. - Strengths:

My little boy really loves his bumbo seat, it’s squishy and comfortable it comes up his back to provide support as he is not yet sitting unaided this is brilliant! It comes in a range of colours we have a blue one. We use this seat to play in and have also brought the tray so sometimes we have snacks in it too. - Strengths:

I like the material as it is easy to look after but does not feel plastic and cold.
Baby loved it at first, because for her it was a whole new view to the world, and with a toy or two on the tray it was lots of fun. However, once she was a bit more comfortable sitting by herself, she started arching her back and wriggling her bum, wanting to get out of the bumbo. I planned to use it as a seat for weaning, but she just does not like being in it anymore.
I would not recommend buying it full price as chances are your baby won't like it and even if they do you can't use it for very long. Also, internet is full of the used ones for very little price. - Strengths:

This is a good item as it help baby to sit up on their own unassisted. Combined with the tray it also acts as a chair to eat at. Only negative is that its a little pricey for what it is. - Strengths:

Bought this second hand for my little one, after a quick clean was good as new. No marks, as it’s strong and durable! Ideal for little ones who are getting bored of staring at the ceiling on a mat! Helps them to look around and enjoy surrounding. Can get bored very easily though. Not ideal for chunky thighs tho ?

The seat is great for allowing baby to sit and look around and also learn to sit up, it allows me to get on with jobs as I can move it easily around the house. My baby is quite big and does not fit comfortably when the tray is added on which is a pain as he cannot reach toys not on the tray - Strengths:

Although I found this product a great addition to the circuit I’d set up for my baby to keep them stimulated and sitting/lying in various poses, it’s not one that they enjoyed staying in for too long (5 mins max). I believe this didn’t offer much comfort when sat up right, especially as my boys have all had lovely chunky legs. To get them in you have to squeeze them into the leg holders before they slit nicely in. This didn’t distress my baby but I didn’t like having to do this. By the time my kids were fully weaning they’d outgrown this so I’d say a little over priced considering it isn’t used for a long time as they progress through the milestones probably most suitable from 4-7months for my 3 kids.Read more - Strengths:

My son had this 7 years ago and absolutely loved it so we had to get our new daughter one when she was old enough and showing signs of wanting to sit up and not be help constantly, she can sit there safe knowing I'm right there while she plays with toys and I can tidy, excellent seat would definitely recommend! - Strengths:

My little one is a baby on movements...constantly and so after a while he gets bored.
Definitely really helpful for wining and it can be put either on the floor or on the table making the hole process easier.

The bumbo seat was great once my daughter could hold her head up on her own. it was a nice seat to have when weaning or just to have little one near us. We never left her alone in it and found that it was very sturdy. Never put it on a raised surface as babies move around so much and can fall out. Easy and light to take out with you if you need a little seat for your baby. Wipe down and easy to clean - Strengths:

They are light weight and very portable but a bit bulky. Very durable and easy to clean but sometimes stain/ loose colouring with age. They don’t use these for very long before moving into a high chair so unless buying second hand they are expensive.
Also take notice of safety advice as babies are masterminds of escaping and keep the seat on the floor. - Strengths:

These are great for babies that can't quiet sit up without slumping after a while, my dd loves to sit up and watch me cook etc but didn't get much support from her high chair but this is brilliant. - Strengths:

My little one is 4 months and this is great for him now to help him sit, it’s so easy to clean and I like that it can be used with and without the tray. The disadvantages are that I’m not sure how long it will last..we already have difficulties getting his legs out and for that reason it is a little pricey for the limited time its used.

We loved this product. My 5 year old used this and it really helped strengthen his back. I don’t think there is anything nearly as good as this on the market. It’s comfortable to sit in, it’s sturdy and lasts for years. My niece used it and she’s now 9, my nephew, then my son, my other nephew and now my youngest who is 9 months (but only used until he was 8 months). I wouldn’t recommend using it after 8 months as my baby tipped himself out. The table can be a bit of a pain to clip in at the bottom but very secure once it’s on. It’s easy to clean so when baby throws up or if you have a messy eater like mine, you just need a wipe/cloth to clean it.Read more

I used this more with a 6month old as it was easier to feed her the spoon feeds while she sat in this product. Now that she is 9months I can no longer use it as she is determined to push on the floor to get out of it and it has very nearly tipped over with her learning to and fro.
