I absolutely love my bumbo chair, my LO uses it for play, to watch his sensory videos on tv, to play with the dog and even to eat (using the play tray too) it's so easy to use, I have 2 one was a hand-me-down and the leg holes were pre stretched so it was a little loose for my chunky boy at first but he still enjoyed it! We bought another with the play tray and as it wasnt an old one the leg holes were tighter and this one has straps! The leg holes do loosen out with use so this is very handy if you have a chunky baby like me. We have even taken this to our parents houses to use and it is so light weight and small that it was easy to transport and didnt take up a lot of space. We have been using one for 4 months almost daily and there are no signs of wear, in fact , even on the old one that has been used regularly for 5 children including mine, just looks a little dirty even though it isn't, due to the paint/top layer wearing away! I loved the idea of using one but then felt my son couldn’t do anything like play with his toys as he was firmly fixed and his toys couldn’t be closer enough for him, I think I def needs the tray so you can have the toys close for them to play with, as my son would just sit and get frustrated - Strengths:

This has been so handy for our wee one, she's always had really good head control and refuses to lie down most of the time as she's so nosy so this really helps us out. It's nice and secure so we don't have to worry about her falling out of it and she's more than happy sitting watching the world around her. - Strengths:

Been using the bumbo for my daughter now for a few months. We have the bumbo with a tray so I use it for her to sit in and eat.
The tray is a nightmare to put on and get off though. That is the only negative thing I have to say about this product.
My daughter enjoys sitting in it and playing with her toys on the tray.
A handy little must have for any parent with a baby.
Made with soft squishy material.
Helps support baby once they can hold their head.

Great seat for when little ones can’t sit up on their own but are able to hold their heads up. They last very very well, we’ve had the same one for 6 years and it’s now on our 3rd baby ! Used a lot and used during weaning aswell!
We have the tray that attached which makes it perfect for when they want to sit in there to play or eat !

The bumbo with the belt is much better than without much more secure for the baby and making sure that there is know way it could fall out. I had the add on and got the tray and was great and easy to take away with you on a road trips. Overall a great product and will be using for the second baby. - Strengths:

Love the baby bumbo in purple with a tray. My baby holds her head up so this bumbo is great for her to support her more. She plays with her toys on the tray and I’ve just started giving her baby rice so this chair helps when I feed her!

Absolutely love my bumbo seat! My little boy is 5 months and we pop him in the seat to feed him rather than in a high chair. He also loves sitting in the chair and watching what’s going on. I bought mine second hand as I feel it’s a little expensive for what it actually is but apart from that it’s great! - Strengths:

These are good, my baby loves to sit in it as it means she can sit on her own. They are expensive for what they are, I really don't think there is any need to be so expensive. Go for a second hand one if possible!! - Strengths:

A friend lent us one to use with my son, but found it so difficult to get him in it. The strap between the leg would get in the way! The leg holes also seem quite small, but then my boy has got quite chunky legs!
Overall it's good to help babies sit, who can yet do it unaided, but personally didnt like the straps. I've since bought one second hand which doesn't have straps and found it much easier to use. - Strengths:

I found this really useful to allow my daughter to sit up and see the world, she really liked sitting in it. We used it when she first started to wean and it was ideal. It's very sturdy and she fit snugly in so she was well supported.
My only issue would be the price being a little high for the amount of time you can use it, and when using the tray attachment it's a little fiddly to get on and she could just remove it very easily. - Strengths:

We got gifted one of these 2nd hand as my friend thought it was great for her little girl. It didn't come with any straps so i bought the tray table not long after for safety and security. My son liked it for the first few weeks we had it but hated it not long after and would try getting out.
The leg holes aren't very big either. My son didn't have particularly chubby legs but he struggled after a while as he has quite long legs and the way the seat is it wasn't comfortable for him to be in it. Ended up giving it away after a month or so after having it. So glad I didn't buy it full price as I would have been even more disappointed. - Weaknesses:

Love our Bumbo seat, so easy to take places and use. My little one loves sitting in his next to his brother and sisters while they’re playing, he plays with his toys and thinks they’re all playing together. It’s a great way to sit him with them and let him feel involved while he’s not able to sit unaided yet. -

We brought this seat for our first child and loved using it, it is especially helpful for keeping your baby safe when you are doing things!
It is so easy to clean and relatively small so we take it with us on days out so we can easily feed our son whilst out.
You can also get additions to the seat and out a tray/toys on it so that it can cater for different uses and the baby is occupied well.
Both of our children have loved sitting in the seat, I love how portable it is so we can take it outside/to parks/picnics etc. without taking up too much space (I was able to fit it in the basket of our pram on one afternoon out) - Strengths:

I purchased a bumbo recently after noticing how much stronger my daughter seemed! I’m so happy with this product, it’s really robust and sturdy and my baby almost slots into it. It’s so supportive around her little body, I only pop her in it for about ten minutes at a time at the moment but she is very happy sitting in her bumbo!

This products is great for our 16 week old baby. He loves sitting up and needs the extra support. Seems very stable so no risk of him rocking it over. Really easy to clean. We were gifted ours by a friend, so seems hard wearing. Cost would be the only negative for me, as very pricey brand new. - Strengths:

We got this for our little one when she was 3 months and she started to prefer being sat up so she could see things around her and what was going on. This seat really supports babies who can’t independently sit. The chair is extremely easy to clean and excellent for the times when you need to put them down in another room. Great product

This is a great little seat that is compact enough to store easily yet plenty big enough for tiny bums and very supportive if your baby is sitting but still a little wobbly. We've been using it whilst starting weaning and it has been perfect, along with the separate tray you can attach.
The tray is easy to attach and remove and the whole thing is so easy to wipe clean after use. I especially love that it is soft on her body yet firm enough to be supportive. There are no hard edges and it's flexible enough for her to move within the seat without leaning or toppling over.
We have the turquoise colour which is vibrant and really attractive. It is so far very hard wearing and we really can't fault it. If you want a space saving seat with plenty of support then I'd highly recommend the Bumbo Floor Seat. - Strengths:

Having heard so much about the bumbo from other friends and family we bought one when my little girl was around 3 months old. Some say it helps strengthen little ones core and enables them to sit up faster but we didn’t but it for that purpose. We used the bumbo for taking as a portable feeding chair to grandparents and friends and it was so handy to have. It’s small enough to just throw in the car but sturdy and strong and provides a handy place for easy feeding when weaning on the go. - Strengths:

We got given this from a friend when my little boy started sitting up and it was amazing! He hated sitting in his bouncer for a time and loved sitting up right and this helped him sit up right comfortably. We also went on holiday and this didn’t take up much room so we took this instead of his high chair and we also got given the tray and he loved being able to eat whilst sat there. Great little seat for before baby can sit up right alone. My boy loves it as he can see what’s going on. Will also be great when he starts eating as can take it with us and use it on the floor to feed him in. Love that it has straps to keep him in place too. And the tray is great for toys.
