My daughter had complications which meant I had to exclusively express milk for the first few weeks. My milk supply was hit and miss because I hadn’t managed to establish breastfeeding. I bought these as they were recommended to me. I certainly managed to up my milk supply and even had a large store in the freezer. However I don’t know if this was to do with the fenugreek or the other things I was doing (pumping like mad, still trying to establish breastfeeding and eating oats) or a combination. Either way I would recommend it to try at the very least and I intend on taking them again when my second is born. - Strengths:

I had a low supply and started taking fenugreek it makes your wee smell, gave me heart burn and the babies were very irritable there was also a further drop in milk supply. Some Mum's have found it really does help to increase however I wasn't that lucky. - Strengths:
