I love this product. I have used it since George was born and he is nearly 5 month now and has it every night to go to sleep. It has 4 settings, lullaby, white noise, heartbeat and the other is a sound that babies hear in the womb. George Will happily lie in his cot and Ewan sends him to sleep within a few minutes. Brilliant product and would definitely recommend.

Switch this little guy on and my boy will bat it with his hand and then fall asleep no problems. Only downside is it seems to go through batteries like crazy. Worth it though. - Strengths:

We got this item as our second son was struggling to sleep anywhere that wasn't on me! We found that the womb sound was the best one for him and when it was on it soothed him and sent him to sleep fairly quickly. He was mesmerised by the red glow and the tempo of the beat was relaxing (even worked on me and my husband!) We decided not to use the cry sensor as it was draining batteries and was very sensitive so we just start it as we out him to bed and then leave my son in his crib listening to and watching Ewan and he goes off to sleep very quickly. We also start it during the night if my son stirs and he soon nods back off. Absolutely love Ewan, my baby boy settles when Ewan is on straight away. Looks lovely and neutral colour so ideal for boy or girl. You can alter the volume of the sounds and choose to have the light on or off. I would say the only downfall is the fact you can't pop him in the washing machine and he can only be cleaned over with a damp cloth. In general Ewan the dream sheep is fabulous! - Strengths:

We used Ewan from birth, although didn’t get the desired effect until my daughter was about 6 months old - but since then it has been a very important part of her sleep routine. Once she hears Ewan she instantly settles back down to sleep. One of our best purchases. It’s a shame it isn’t motion sensor! - Strengths:

My little one lived this from day one. Now at 1 years old he still lives in her cot although we do not need him to soothe her to sleep. That said we still do take him with us when we spend the night away from Home! The only downside if that there is no motion sensor for when baby cries at night and it cannot be washed. - Strengths:

I found Ewan helpful when trying to get my newborn to sleep. He didn’t like silence (as many newborns don’t) and the various sounds helped him to drift off. The Velcro gave me peace of mind that it would stay put and meant we could also use it when out and about with the pram. The nightlight provided a bit of a hypnotic effect too which sent my little boy into a sleepy trance! Now he is older although he doesn’t need the sounds my little boy still plays with Ewan. The only disadvantage is the sounds only last for 20 minutes which isn’t always long enough. A sensor would be great to start automatically when baby starts to stir (although I believe they are introducing this with the new design!)Read more - Strengths:

We got this as a gift recently and I was sceptical at first however it is amazing. We have been having sleeping troubles with one of the little ones and thought to test it out on him to see of what people were saying was correct and oh my gosh I wish I had got one sooner. Love Ewan, he comforted our daughter from her first night home right up to her being 4 months. The soft glow was just enough to comfort her and let her see us, the various noises were soft and reassuring.Read more
We had a snuzpod and struggled to find a way to secure Ewan to the bed as his looped tail didn't fit through anything. It is designed to loop onto a cot rail. - Strengths:

We were bought this by friends and were told it was a ‘must have’. It’s a lovely product, well made and soothing sounds. We haven’t found that it settles our newborn but persist in the hope he might benefit from it when he is older. The white noise is quite quiet and I feel it would be better if it was adjustable volume.

I love Ewan’s cute design and Velcro tail making him easy to attach to my son’s crib safely. His tune’s are soothing - but I felt they didn’t play long enough for us - would be good if you could adjust the length of time. - Strengths:

Really impressed with this product, it was deffinetly part of helping our little one sleep through. It's easy to turn on and off, the sound stays on for around 20 mins which is long enough, the white noise is great as it's combined with a heartbeat, proved really soothing for the little one.

After struggling to get my baby to sleep, we researched and came across a few products, we tried a few, which didn’t work and then came across Ewan. Wow. I’m so glad we did. The first night we tried Ewan, she fell asleep within 5 minutes! The heartbeat setting sent her to sleep instantly. With 4 settings, which I can only believe to be; heartbeat, womb sounds, a Hoover? And then a lullaby. To begin with the lullaby setting kept cutting out, but on inspection my partner noticed that the wire was loose and that soon got fixed. My little girl loves all of the settings, the heartbeat the most. Ewan does eat a lot of batteries, & I mean a lot. Taking 3 x AAA at a time - that lasted about 5 days. However, we do have it on quite a lot. Would I recommend Ewan? - definitely!! Especially if you want a good nights sleep.Read more - Strengths:

I bought this product after my baby went through a phase of not sleeping after a bout of chicken pox. £30 is a bit steep for a toy that emits white noise but I was willing to pay anything just for some sleep. It stops quite abruptly which in my opinion I think it should lessen the volume and fade out but other than that it's a brilliant product and we're back to 12 hour sleeps!

I love this item it has litually saved us My daughter is rather clingy but this has helped get her back into her own cot. There are a variety of different sounds that can be played the light on the sheeps chest also acts like the inside of the womb because they usually only see the colour red. We were recommended this when I was pregnant so was one of the first things I bought for the baby. It really is a godsend & I didn't realise how much we relied on it to help baby nod off until I went away without it. It has 4 different sounds - 1 on each foot. Music with a heartbeat in the background is our favourites. It also has white noise & a light up glowing chest. We did have to replace ours after 8 weeks as 1 of the paws stopped working. It was refunded & replaced easily though. The weaknesses are if it gets dirty you can't wash it easily so best keep it out of the way of a vomiting baby. So this sheep is lovely. It’s very soft and easy to use. The light is lovely and warm and the white noise is very soothing.
Price wise it’s cheaper than a lot of other white noise products.

I purchased Ewan when my LO was around 4 months old. He didn't have trouble sleeping, I just thought it would be comforting for him to have in his cot if he woke up in the night. It was a brilliant purchase because he loved it! The only thing was he liked to chew on his legs! I was hand washing it regularly but because it wasn't machine washable I seemed unhygienic & then eventually the buttons stopped working because water/saliva had gotten into them. There are 4 different sounds, LO loved the heartbeat mixed with white noise & a red light would also turn on. You can change the settings where it's just the noise or just the light & you can also adjust the level of sound. It's very plush & soft too. I wish my LO didn't chew it!

This is the best thing we have bought for our boys. One in particular just loves Ewan! It is really easy to use and has four different white noise/ lullaby sounds that are activated by pressing buttons in his legs. The only down side is that it does not react I ate if baby wakes like some other products and you have to manually press the buttons each time. Ewan hasn’t seemed to make much difference in our house. Baby cannot be settled by it alone and needs other things; bottle, hand holding etc. The plush character is great, we bought it in grey so very neutral. The controls are a bit annoying; if your baby has a preference (melody,wombsounds,white noise etc) you have to remember which leg it is and if you want this press it twice or once or hold it in etc. If it works for you then great! But I still think the controls need to be improved and also the lack of sensor if baby wakes, or no adjustable length of activation.Read more

Description
The Sweet Dreamers Ewan the Dream Sheep was designed to mimic the sensation of the womb as he emits soothing sounds and a calming pink glow which will reassure your baby or toddler at bedtime.
There are 4 soundtracks from which to choose: vacuum cleaner, rain, harp and the womb. Each one features the sound of a resting heartbeat.
