I love using Vapour rub it is very easy to use, you just need to rub a small amount of the product onto the chest, back and throat for coughs and under the nose to help clear your sinuses. I absolutely love the smell, it smells so fresh and makes me feel relaxed, i mainly use this below my nose whenever i have a cold so i can have a good nights rest. I would definitely recommend buying it's good for both babies and adults. - Strengths:

Used this when baby had a cold, used at 7mo. I didn’t put it directly onto her skin, instead I rubbed a muslin into it and hung it on the radiator. Worked a dream. Other people say smearing it on a sanitary pad and sticking it onto the cot works great too. - Strengths:

We purchased some of this when my little one came down with a bad cold at about 3 months old. I’d read somewhere about putting a bowl of hot water mixed with a tsp of vapour rub in the bedroom where baby sleeps (in a safe place). We tried it with this and it worked a treat! Really helped to clear my babies nose and allowed us all a better nights sleep! - Strengths:

Love this product used this even before having my kids I love the smell of it then I found a way it’s works even better who would of thought it hey you put some on yours or your kids not baby’s feet put there socks on and in the morning there bit better carry on till the colds gone don’t take long love this product - Strengths:

Description
The 'Peach Ethical Vapour Rub' from Boots is perfect when your little one has a cold. SImply rub a small amount onto their chest, back, throat and also below the nose just before going to bed. Alternatively parents can add 2 teaspoons of Vapour Rub to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapours for around 5-10 minutes.
