I have used this through all my pregnancies and it is extremely useful. I love the anonymus chat rooms for advice from other mums expectant or not. Down fall if is on high usage at that particular time reply can be slow.
I downloaded Emma’s diary purely for the free packs. Received great little products in them to try before purchasing full size which as a first time mom to be found this really useful. Lots of coupons in the packs too. The app also offers great advice week by week, also to be able to see footsize of baby is so cute.
you get free packswith products in there for you and your baby
Weaknesses:
if you have a miscarriage it does not recognise your next pregnancy to allow u to get the free packs

its brilliant when you get to test products for free for you and your baby. this helps with purchasing the right products as well as checking to see that the products are safe to use on your skin as everyone has different skin types. theres alot of vouchers and tips to help 1st time mums which is ace! the downfall i would say is if you register a pregnancy and have a miscariage when you get pregnant again and input details it does not give you the free packs.not even the ones u did not collect in your first pregnancy. but apart from that the app has many uses and communication boards where you get to read and communicate with other mums and discuss any pregnancy related issues.
I find the search feature doesn't really bring up what I'm looking for

Good free app that offers one place for multiple discounts. Also allows you to claim free packs at certain stores. However I find the search tool brings up too many alternatives to what you are looking for which can be frustrating if you are looking for a particular item, that being said it the positive nature of the app out ways any of the bad.
I downloaded this app mainly for the free packs so I have the voucher to use on my phone when ever I want to as with the paper voucher in always seemed to forget them them never ended up picking the packs up.
I downloaded this app straight away when i found out i was expecting. For first time mums, this is an absolute must! It has lots of useful information and advice 24/7. Even in the middle of the night, fellow mummies are available for advice. There is an answer to every question! Love this app to bits :)
Lots of information, easy way to access the Emma’s diary packs with lots of information and samples
Weaknesses:
Sometimes the app can freeze which is a bit annoying when your downloading your vouchers for packs

I have loved this app, the main perk being the offers and access to free samples. Lots of information to help you keep track of your pregnancy. Very easy to use and I like the little top tips which pop up (see photo).
I’ve used this app for both my pregnancies. With my first pregnancy the freebies were definitely better where this time round the samples have been very limited. Generally found other apps more informative. Just used for the freebieS.
Perfect for new mums but also refreshing for those who are mums already
Weaknesses:
Can’t fault it

A great little app and the fact it’s free is amazing. So much information about pregnancy before and after so lots off worries can be put to bed also allows you to see how your baby is progressing and you still receive information about your child each month after they are born definitely recommend this app I still use it now and my little one is 14 months
Love the week by week updates especially the size guide on how big you baby is.
Helpful links to all the bounty packs your entitled to which I didn't know about. Lots of useful links if you want to learn more.
I’m not a fan of the many many adverts for products however I do appreciate the weekly updates that give insight into what I should expect to come for my baby and some useful hints and tips. I don’t go out of my way to look at the app but do read the weekly emails that come through .
I like this app as it gives you lots of information. It gives you links to websites selling products at discount prices.
It also has a section on celeb news so you can see who else is having babies at the same time.
Not a bad pregnancy app - baby centre has much more useful information and community benefits but for a overview info and free gifts it's very good although I have been a bit inundated with junk mail since activating some of the offers!
The app is quite easy to use, but not the most informative of pregnancy apps. It has access to various vouchers and freebies which is always useful for a growing family.
However, there are a lot of adverts and celebrity gossip, which seems to take over from providing answers for pregnancy related conundrums.
Free Emma packs and information on products you may not know of

Very useful for deciding on products with the free packs and discovering bits of information on products and products you can buy through them but wasn’t too keen on the app itself.
This app is really useful, you can access loads of information. Love that you can follow your baby’s development week by week and the money off vouchers are also good, although it would be great to have more/better deals. (We bought a super quality cot bed mattress at a great price!).
I know it’s very much down to personal preference but I rarely use Emma’s Diary as I have found better alternatives out there including Pregnancy+ and Ovia. The pictures on Emma’s Diary are a little basic (like they came out of a 1990s textbook) as opposed to 3D models you can scroll into. I’ve not been to get my goodie bag yet so cannot comment on that.
Provides week by week information as a snapshot that just helps you feel up to date with pregnancy

This app is really useful - week by week information gives you an easy snapshot of what to expect during pregnancy, spurring you to also look elsewhere for more details. The links to money off offers are great, but in particular the goodie bags are brilliant. A few essentials for free to try, and to get to know brands etc.
This isn’t one of my favourite Apps, I used it with my first pregnancy and it froze a lot when I was trying to see the vouchers. It also takes you onto browser when trying to look at certain things.
Week by week information on what changes mum should expect and how baby's developing and how much the extra average weight and length is.
Gives incorrect advice on reduced/increased movements.
I haven’t thing this app to be hugely informative to be honest. I have used it mostly for the small samples and freebies you get which will come in really useful!
It was just so bland and boring that I only used it to pick up my 3 Emma's diary packs. Also at first it just kept crashing for me.
There are better and more visually appealing apps to find out development and progress of baby.
I used this app in conjunction with others as I felt it didn’t offer the full package. Some of the articles are a bit patronising and it feels a bit dated compared to other apps that are available.
It depends on what you want from the app, I just used it for the week by week diary and the vouchers were useful too.
