Britax Römer DUO PLUS Group 1 Car Seat

Bought this as the next stage up for my little boy from his rear facing cosatto car seat. Got a great deal in Mothercare as the local branch was closing down, but not sure if i’d have chosen this if it wasn’t. The padding and safety of the seat make this an attractive option, but for us we struggled for a month or so where he was too big for his old seat but not heavy enough for this one. He is now 10 months and has transitioned across really well. Personally I have struggled with needing lots of space to open the car door so as I can get the right angle to pull on both the straps at the same time to loosen them. This might just be a #first time mummy #no clue moment though, but right now it’s left me considering a spinning car seat or even a smaller car with better door openings! I’m also not so keen on how my little boy’s head seems to loll to one side when he falls asleep, but again this could just be me being a paranoid first time mum ?
It was easy to fit into my car and seems sturdy and safe so perhaps I should just forgo my discomfort as his safety is the main thing.
