After having a baby with colic, I was tempted to try anything to help! We were recommended these bottles and we haven't looked back. I have used these bottles and this set for three children (a new set per child). The bottles can be annoying to clean and put together, but they do work, so it is worth it. They fit into the steriliser well, but it is important to remember to put them at an angle or the lid doesn't shut properly! Use from newborn to avoid a colicky baby! - Strengths:

I bought these for my first daughter & then got them again for my second daughter. I think they are absolutely brilliant bottles but they can leak a little bit if the green bits in the middle aren’t sat straight. The steriliser is brilliant & doesn’t take long to sterilise the bottles. They bottles clean up brilliantly & all the extra bits come in so handy. I always use them to begin with & neither of my girls have had colic but I think due to using these to begin with it has prevented them from getting it. They do leak if they’re full & lay down but if they are filled just before you use them or they stay upright then they’re really good bottles and I would recommend them to anybody! A few people have changed to these and have said how good they are. My daughters both get on/got on so well with them. They really are brilliant bottles!! - Strengths:

Bottles are so fussy to put together.
So many pets just for one bottle!
Bottles are massive compared to little one.
Teats seem huge in little ones mouth.
Bottles leak, even when done up slowly and accurately causing burnt hands when mixing formula.
I changed bottles as my hands couldn’t take any more. - Strengths:

These bottles really work. Our daughter suffered terribly with trapped wind. As soon as we switched to these bottles she was like a different child. We were then given this gift set as a gift for our second child. The steriliser is easy to use and easy to clean. The bottles work wonders but are not as easy to clean/they’re time consuming. The inner parts need cleaning with a special brush which is provided with the bottle but if lost - you’re stuck! The bottles also discolour in the dishwasher. - Strengths:

The bottle its self is made out of good quality plastic, the starter kit includes everything needed for new bottle fed babies.
They are easy to carry around and will fit in most if not all baby bags/ bottle carriers.
Baby takes well from the bottle, however, it does tend to leak quite often and are very sensitive to hot temperatures e.g boiling water.
I really like the. bottle and feel they were a good choice for my baby and would recommend them to any parents. - Strengths:

My little one suffered with silent reflux and these bottles certainly helped in trying to control it. The only problem was bottle leakage when shaking the milk powder with the water. The green part can be removed which we did when my little one turned 6 months. The steriliser is good but you need a large microwave for it to fit in. Although the smaller bottles are great to use with a new born my little one soon moved onto the larger bottles. Many of my friends have used different brands and they ended up using Dr Brown's and they think they are great bottles with the only negative being occasional leakage. - Strengths:

I have used dr browns for both of my children. The old blue option bottles where fantastic and having worked for a major baby retailer they were the best on the market. Neither of my children have suffered from colic and I really believe these bottles are the reason why. When I was in hospital I used the bottles there and they were not very good, both of my babies were prem and I have brought all the bottles, prem, 150ml and 270ml bottles.
The new option bottles are fiddly when cleaning and they leak, I have been in touch with dr browns and they sent out new collers for them. I have the microwave steriliser as it fits in with our life style and it's quick and easy to use, however the steriliser is large, so you do need a big microwave. The mini bottle brushes are brilliant and I highly rate these. I also like the main bottle brush it cleans really well.
Overall if you baby suffers with colic, buy them. - Strengths:

These bottles are great however very fiddly when cleaning! Each compartment needs to be very carefully washed because old milk can stay on it. Not the cheapest bottles on the market either. The teats can be changed to different flow sizes. Sometimes when feeding the mechanism inside will fall apart which then you have to put together and get your hands covered in milk. Not very practical with a small baby. - Strengths:

These bottles are great when it comes to stopping colic. Used on my daughter and stopped hers so when it came to my son I have only ever used these.
The downside is when the water is a little too warm they will leak and leak and leak no matter what! - Strengths:

We bought the bottles as our wee one had colic and they were a life saver. From the first couple uses we saw an improvement.
The design of the bottle is very clever and helps in limiting the amount of air the baby takes in.Unfortunately sometimes they leak at top but this does not take away from the help it brings with colic. - Strengths:

These were the only bottles my daughter took to when transitioning from breast to bottle. She’s never suffered with wid or anything so for that, these are great. They do however leak ALLOT! If you use a bottle warmer they will leak, if you leave milk in them in your changing bag I find the milk empties from the bottle into the lid, which is a nightmare. If you shake them, they leak. Hopefully they will resolve this issue at some point as overall, they are great bottles & this kit is perfect for starting out - Weaknesses:

I love these bottles! With my daughter we changed from tomee tippee and the night time screaming soon became a thing of the past so bought them straight away for our son! Only down fall is the liquid if warm and shaken to mix contents leaks out all over the place! So annoying when either you baby or bed/sofa is soaked in baby milk as doesn’t smell very nice! - Strengths:

I had the first dr Browns naturals with my first born and they were great helped with his colic massively. so when I had my second I knew hands down which bottles I was going to use, but I couldn’t find them for sale anywhere, they’d been discontinued. so decided to go with these. Now all though they are almost the same there are some small changes they’ve made that for me didn’t make them as great as the first ones. The vent that runs down the bottle to allow the air back in is longer in these then the previous version, and doesn’t give enough room in the bottom of the bottle so milk gets stuck in it and doesn’t allow the air to flow back in as effectively as the older style. I also found that because of this milk would leak from the vent sometimes. However, they were still good and the fact that you could use them without this vent when it’s no longer needed (I stopped using them when bubs was about 6m) is great because let’s face it, it makes them so much easier to clean. - Strengths:

Didn’t he’ll with colic and when put in microwave they melted. Little big didn’t enjoy using these bottles. The bottle brush is lovely to use and so are the smaller brushes (make cleaning tests easier). Love the stariliser as it’s easy to use. Just don’t like the bottles themself. Not good value for what you get. I paid £99 for mine - Strengths:
