This toy keeps our baby entertained for hours. The black and white side is great for a newborns development, and we use it to keep baby entertained in his carry cot, when changing him, in his Moses basket and when on his play mat on the floor.
The colourful side has a range of textures and a colourful design which will be great for future development.
My only criticism of this product is that it has ties to use to hold it together when not in use, however these are not very long and are fiddly to use, Velcro would be far more suitable - Strengths:

We found the 2 best uses for this were in the Moses basket. and around the play mat. It helped attract babies attention when they couldn't fully roll over. Also when they could roll the mirror and black and white pattern was good for keeping my son happy. It has ties to help keep it in place. We always supervised its use, as baby could get over stimulated quickly. It didn't always stand up very well so we normally propped it up. It has ties you can use to secure it. - Strengths:

Description
Tiny Love presents the Double Sided First Book, a dual-stage illustration book ideal from birth to 6 months to encourage visual stimulation and promote the development of baby's senses and cognitive abilities.
This book has two sides with different colour schemes and host of activities to support baby's development in stages. One side features a black, white and red colour scheme with a mirror which is perfect for younger babies.
Parents can place the Double Sided First Book in the cod bed or carrycot so their little one can see it in close proximity. These high contract colours provide subtle visual stimulation and help a newborn to pick out the differences in shapes and forms.
