I would highly recommend the bugaboo donkey 2 duo, i wasn’t sure it was worth it when I was looking for a double pram last November (2017) but when it arrived I was so happy I brought it i have 3 children 3 and under so I brought the bugaboo buggy board as well. this pram is so light considering how big, it can also be used in single mode if you are only taking one child out for the day so you don’t need to get another pram I was worried about it fitting through doors as everyone said it wouldn’t but I’ve not found this a problem at all it fits through my front nicely and my daughters preschool, it can be a little struggle getting it around small shops but overall this pram is brilliant I’m so glad I brought it definitely worth the money. - Strengths:

This is an amazing pushchair. I use it for a toddler and newborn which this pram is great for. I am able to put my newborn on the frame in his car seat for convenience or in the carry cot for longer days. I also love that I can use this pram as a single when required with the handy shopping basket going on the other side as I often do my shopping whilst the toddler is being looked after. This pram is easy to steer moves well on all terrains and handle bar extends to a good height for a little mummy and a 6ft4 daddy. Due to colour packs this pram can be customised with different colour combos as you wish. I love it !! - Strengths:

This pram is very easy to push with my toddler and my new born inside, it’s not heavy and definitely doesn’t feel like you have two children inside
Folding it in both single and double position is easy
Having the adapters for the car seat is an absolute god send especially when trying to get both the sleeping baby and wide awake toddler out of the car!
Having two baskets when it’s in single position is very good especially with the extra things that come with a toddler and newborn
All in all it’s a lovely pram.

I love this pushchair I have a 2 year old and 8 week old. My 2 years is a big lad but the pushchair still feels balanced and light to push. The colour packs are great and I feel my pushchair is unique.
I like the fact it can be a single and double I don't have to change my whole pushchair if only taking one child with me. - Strengths:

I absolutely love this pram! I have been using it daily for nearly 2 years now with my twins, from carry cots to pram seats they’ve always been comfortable and always loved it. So easy to steer on and off road, the only down fall is folding and unfolding is a bit annoying but I suppose you get used to it. - Strengths:

We love our donkey and have owned it twice during our time as parents to four children. It is versatile to reach a range of parents and their needs such as having a carrycot and a toddler seeing out not hiding behind the carrycot. Carrycot is a good size too!
It does feel heavy to push when toddler is in with a larger baby yet glides easy on sand.
It is big to store but for those who walk everywhere would make light weight of pavements. - Strengths:

I love this pram. I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 2 month old. My eldest loves that he can see his little brother while we are out. And if he’s in Nursery or we are only having a short trip out I can scoot it down into a single pram with plenty of storage just for baby. It’s weightless when pushing, to say I have a little boy who’s almost 2 and a half stone alongside a newborn neither side is more weighted and so easy to push with them both in. The only downside is getting it in and out of the car alongside having a carry cot and seat unit. We have to remove the back two wheels to ensure it fits into the boot of our Ford Focus. We are currently in the process of buying a bigger car because of this. - Strengths:

Overall I’m pretty pleased with the Donkey. It’s a lightweight compact stroller when you think about it, as it’s housing two children. It’s got enough room for my toddler and he fits comfortably in the seat unit. My baby who is now nearly 5 months fits perfectly in the pram there is so much room! I feel like the bassinet is quite long which is brilliant for me as I have very long babies. The only downsides is although it is quite narrow for a double it’s still not narrow enough for most doorways and I find it difficult getting around shops.
The frame can sometimes feel flimsy, u get scared it may break as I’m unable to hang the changing bag from the handle and the seats are too close to the basket underneath to fit my backpack underneath. - Strengths:

Having used an icandy peach with my now middle two children I wasn’t really much a fan of the double pushchair, so this time round I thought I’d give the donkey a go and I couldn’t be more impressed. The bugaboo donkey is so unbelievably light for a double pushchair and a dream to push. For me this is extremely important as I have a 3 year olds hand to hold as well as pushing the Pram, so most of the time I’m pushing one handed.
The fold on the Pram couldn’t be simpler. It takes a matter of seconds for me to have it up or down, mono or duo. The seats are a decent size compared to other doubles I’ve seen. I also love that you can swap and hangs colour packs to customise it completely.
The main downside to the Pram and my biggest issue with it is the price. The Pram itself is extremely expensive and the added accessories such as footmuffs and seat liners don’t come cheap, especially when your having to buy 2. Another problem I found was the air filled tyres are a massive pain. I quite regularly have to fix punctures or re fill them, which although an easy job, it does become annoying,
Overall I love the bugaboo donkey and would defiantly recommend it. - Strengths:

Absolutely amazing pram, i had twin girls this pram is very lightweight, easily manoeuvrable, fits through some doors, struggles with smaller doors, but fantastic when outdoors, swivel is fantastic, moves quickly and very flexible. Boot space is limited. -

I love my bugaboo donkey! It’s easy to use and is such a smooth ride for my little one, in comparison to the other buggies I have used. I love the basket on the side too!
If anyone wants this buggy, I would say it’s perfect for a big baby, and if you’re thinking of having 2 close together! I would definitely recommend getting a cover for the basket though (we have been caught out in the rain a few too many times)! - Strengths:

We love the bugaboo donkey duo, have been using this pram since my boys were 8 month and 21 months old. Excellent pram so versatile, I use as single when older one wants to walk, have also used buggy board on this too. Easy to push and get around even with two toddlers in its not heavy at all.
Both my boys love this pram and happily climb into the seats when we are going out. It folds so small even when using as a double and never had an issue fitting into a car boot. Great for getting on public transport and getting around shops too. This is the best double pushchair I have owned (we have tried 7 different ones).
The only downside to this pushchair with older children would be the length and depth of the seat unit if your child is bigger. (mine is 2&1/2 and fits in perfectly still with lots of growing room). - Strengths:

I tried this out on a couple of journeys in mono mode with my daughter whilst I was pregnant with my twins
I didn't like it
Was hard to get on and off the train was heavy to push
Was a struggle to get round shops
My daughter was comfortable tho which was a plus
The side basket was nice to keep everything easily at hand but got wet in the rain
I tested in double mode but found the under basked to be very small and awkward to use

The pram is a dream to steer, easy to handle even one handed. Can be tricky to fold at times and is quite bulky when folded. I usually turn it into mono mode before I fold just to save space.
My twins are always very comfy, the colour selection is great.
The frame is very sturdy but it does mark easily if you're squeezing it through doorways.
It looks bigger than it is, I've sèn people amazed when I get it through a shop doorway.
The rain cover which comes as standard is ok but has openings on each side and rain/wind seems to get straight through. - Strengths:

This was the only travel system double pushchair that I could find side by side. I was/am in love with it. Easy to steer, love being able to see both my daughters at the same time. Also collapses down to a single pushchair which is amazing for doctors app etc if only taking one of my twins. Can be expensive as we bought the car seat adapter and footmuffs. But I would recommend to anyone. - Strengths:

Love this pram so worth every penny, has plenty of room for my 2 year old and 1 year old.
I love that I can choose if they face me or are world facing. Such a lovely pushchair to push as well. - Write a review
Description
With 2 young children, anything that makes life easier is worth its weight in gold. Going out with two can often present a dilemma and you need a means of safely and comfortably doing so. The Bugaboo Donkey 2 Duo / Mono is the ultimate doubles answer, whatever ages you are catering for. It is versitile because it is readily convertible, with 17 different configurations, thanks to its interchangeable seats and bassinets, and flexible luggage options.
You can also reverse the seats so your children can face you, the world or each other. In just 3 simple click steps it can convert from a duo to a mono pushchair. And, in duo it is only 5.4 inches wider than mono, so you can still navigate through doors and relatively small places with ease. Whilst ease of adaptability is key, equally, no compromises are made on comfort or functionality.
