These pregnancy tests are really good. They are really easy to use and the results are very easy to read as it says basically yes or no. You don’t have to try and guess if there’s more than one line or if there’s a cross etc. It gives you a straight result. - Strengths:

I used a standard test when I thought I may be pregnant just to check 1st. Soon as that said positive I went and got one of these as my last pregnancy (lost baby at 17 weeks) I was a whole month out on the dates. This time I wanted to be a little more sure.Read more

I did the normal strip tests which I wasn't confident whether I could see a line or not. So decided to do one of the digital test which shows straight away "pregnant" or "not pregnant" no squinting trying to decide whether there's a line or not. - Strengths:

It can get a little messy so I had to clean it off afterwards.
It is quiet bulky, I think I prefer using smaller ones.

We used this test to confirm the results from cheaper less clear tests. The results came in fast and the indicator was most helpful, telling us roughly how far along pregnancy you are. It includes a battery so you have to be careful about how you dispose of it afterwards. Only downside is the expense but definitely worth it! - Strengths:

I had previously done another brand of pregnancy test which wasn’t clear. This test gave me a clear “pregnant” and “one to two weeks”. Both my babies this product was accurate. Only needed one test.
First baby I was 7 weeks and it appeared as 3 weeks plus. Second baby I was 4 weeks and appeard as 2-3 weeks.

I bought a pack of two reasonably priced, the first test was invalid may have been my fault but the second test was inaccurate, it had said 2-3 weeks but at that stage I found out later on that it was 6-7 weeks out as I was 91/2 weeks gone.

I have used clear blue test 2 days before my period was due, and it showed me pregnant 1-2 weeks and later confirmed by the doctor i was pregnant. Very exciting and emotional moments. I still remember like yesterday. I would recommend it and use it always as is not worth it to spend the money on the cheap ones as i always get a clear blue after. - Strengths:

The Clearblue test gives clear results, and the digital indicator is clearer than the analogue ones available. However, the tests are ridiculously expensive compared to other brands. That said, I did spend more money as Clearblue promised to give me a result up to 4 days early. It came back negative. Not happy with that result due to the symptoms being suffered, I tried my "go to supermarket own brand test" immediately after and this came back positive... It took a further four days for my Clearblue test to come back positive. Not happy that I wasted so much more money for nothing.Read more - Strengths:

When I was pregnant with my third child none of the test were showing it but from my previous experience I knew I'm pregnant and only this brand show that I'm right. I have a love hate relationship with pregnancy tests. I am a dip and test kind of girl as I cannot pee on target to save my life.
So when I got success in using this test kit it was a truly joyous moment!
I bought two packets of these tests as I know how terrible I am at using them, and as expected I managed to void the first one. The little book symbol flashing in my face told me that there was an error - I am rubbish at this!
Though when I took my second attempt, i used the dip method and it came up with a BIG FAT POSITIVE very quickly! The dating tests were extremely lovely as it helped us to identify around how long we had been pregnant and it further confirmed our amazing news!
While these tests can be a little pricey compared to other brands, they are so worth it! I would definitely recommend them to other people who are trying to conceive or believe they may be pregnant!

I knew I was pregnant really early on but strip tests were only showing faint lines so I decided to get a digital one to say for definite. You get two in the pack if like me you are too impatient and take a test in the afternoon. Obviously the hormone in my urine wasn't at its strongest so the test said negative.
