Like many others have said this mirror is a pain. I never had a mirror with my eldest child and wanted one this time to take the stress out of driving so you can pre empt if they’re about to have a meltdown or if they’re asleep etc. Bought this thinking it’s cheap and will do the job, well it does. But not for long. When we finally managed to get this in the right position (which is a chore in itself) - it lasted a few weeks until the suction cups failed and it fell off, it hasn’t stayed up for more than a day at a time ever since then! It’s such a pain! It’s a shame because for the time it was up it was great but the suction cups are just rubbish - I’m probably going to get an alternative one that attaches to the headrest instead. Shame. - Strengths:

Found it wouldn’t stay on the window and kept popping off. Although it does also come with head rest strap but my little car didn’t have back seat head rests. -

- Strengths:
The mirror itself is of good value and works well
- Weaknesses:
The arm is weak so mirror moves, the suction is poor and the clip is rubbish

- Value for money
- Easy to use

Brought this mirror to use when my little boy went forward facing in his car seat so that I could see him easily. However the auction wasn’t stable and kept coming off and the clip was even worse and didn’t stay at all. The arm that holds the mirror isn’t stable and moves very easily which leads to adjusting the mirror every single time you use it. There’s better on the market this is cheap but you can tell and it’s not effective. - Strengths:

From the passenger seat, I struggled to see me little one. Rear view mirror is great for the driver, but I wanted to see too! I bought this thinking it would do the trick...but no. It comes with a clip and suction for the windscreen. Clipping it to the Sun visor not sticking it to the windscreen. Allowed me to position it so I could see my little one. It now lives in the door pocket. - Strengths:

It’s a fairly small and unobtrusive mirror for use in the front of the car but not really big enough to use in the rear. It can be a bit of a fiddle to get it properly attached using the suction cups and the clip really didn’t work for me but it is a much cheaper option than most similar mirrors on the market. - Strengths:

Good suction

Small

Was too small and fiddly to put in the back of the car so we got the large mirror that goes on the headrest instead. We have actually put this up on the windscreen on the passenger side in the front of the car. So not only can my partner see baby, I can see her too, means I'm not asking if she is ok ever 3 seconds!!!! - Strengths:

Ok size, adapters

Ok when stays in place, moves a bit

I was given this mirror. I would not recommend it. When you finally get it into place, it is most likely going to move when you drive off. I found it incredibly hard to position this mirror but eventually got there.
It’s not the biggest of mirrors but it’s not too small either. I gave up using the suction pads as they just kept falling off, the clip is better but if you’re moving things about in the boot it’s easy to knock and lose the position of your mirror. I have mine clipped to the car headrest.
I wouldn’t personally recommend this mirror. - Strengths:

Unfortunately we didnt get on with this mirror trying it in both our cars it just didn’t seem to want to stay fixed on the car seat or it would move its angle slightly if you did manage it. To be honest for me the actual size of the mirror was to small anyway I prefer a bigger mirror to get a better coverage of the baby. - Strengths:

This is a fantastic product. Surely does enable you to "see around corners".
Easy to adjust, mirror is of a good clear quality. Quick and easy to clean and small enough to store in the glove box. - Weaknesses:

We bought this mirror for the clip attachment instead of the normal suction mirrors. The clip does work however there is no grip at all so it just slides down the seat. It’s also not very big sadly. - Strengths:

Moves, falls off and breaks frequently. I’ve bought 2 now and they are awful. Would not recommend. The mirror sucker is not effective and if using the clip, it does not grip tightly enough and falls off on baby! - Strengths:

We brought this liking the fact it had different attachment options. However it didn’t seem to matter where, how or what car we attached it to we couldn’t see baby in car seat. Therefore it has remained in the footwell of the car where it falls off. Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend this product. - Weaknesses:

Very hard to stick and if you have a big boot or car it wont work on the back window and the side Window we couldn't see her properly the clip didn't clip into much and when it did it moved a lot. -

I bought this so I could see my little one when I needed to whilst driving and it does just that. It is ideal. The mirror comes with 2 attachments, one with suction cups, the other has a clip so it can be used in all sorts of different places. They have a ball fitting so the mirror has a large area of rotation and gives you the best chance at getting a good view.
On the down side if you're after a large mirror this isn't for you, it is only small but allows you to see baby just fine. You need a strong hand to put the fittings on and off but once on they are very secure. I purchased this for 6.99 from my local superstore and it was worth every penny. I feel so much happier now knowing I can just cast my eyes over to the mirror and see how my baby is doing. - Strengths:
