Great idea. It has a safety clip that attaches round one of the cot edges d has ridges so that it sits neatly on the cot. Only drawback is you have to be one handed to both hold baby, & bend to pick up cot topper & fasten with a (probably crying) baby. I found this particularly difficult after Csection. Can't imagine it would be much fun after a natural birth either. Otherwise great idea. Maybe design/weight needs a wee alter.
We now use as a spare changing mat downstairs in the living room (pretty expensive changing mat for this purpose though). - Strengths:

It helps to save time when your baby is small, very easy to clean and easy to use. Baby like to be on it. When your baby is more then 4 months this board not safe its dangerous to use. - Strengths:

This makes changing so much easier . Great how it can slide across . At first i was a little worried how sturdy it would be but its great quality to . Mine is Grey which is an exact match to the cot

Changing is much easier with this as I put it on the cot so it’s a good height.
It’s really strong and sturdy.There is only 1 strap to hold it onto the cot so another one would be ideal to make it extra safe.
