- Strengths:
The daily dose is good for everything in general. However for CoQ10, the dose is way too low
- Weaknesses:
For trying to conceive with IVF you need to top up with CoQ10 to get 600mg per day

I have used this product for a long period of time while trying to conceive. My blood test results came back very well after having taken these. However, if you are trying to conceive at a more mature age (35+) and you wish to maximise your egg quality, it is recommended by fertility doctors that you add on 600mg of ubiquinol ( the better form of CoQ10) to improve egg quality. The level of Coq10 in this daily dose is just minimal to make a difference. I was also advised to top up with D3 vitamin tablet on a daily basis, particularly during covid. The addition of D3 (4000 iu) tablet on a daily basis made a huge difference in how my hair and nails and my general wellbeing improved. I have confidence in this vitamin as a "generic trying to conceive vitamin" but there will be a need to top up, depending on your circumstances. - Strengths:

We used his and hers pre conception vitamins from pregnacare. I’m not sure it made any difference. Shame it’s all synthetic vitamins and nothing natural about it... - Strengths:

These tablets are great when you're trying to conceive. It's gives you the daily doses of what is needed. Needs to be taken consecutively once a day after a meal. I really like the taste, others dislike it. The downfall is the cost as its a premium brand you'll have to dish a bit out. I tend to look for 3 for 2 offers so I'm getting my moneys worth. - Strengths:

After having a miscarriage and it was taking a long time to fall pregnant again I thought I'd try taking these but they didnt agree with me.
After taking the tablets, roughly 5-10 I'd get griping stomach cramps, followed by diarrhoea! I did some research online and found I wasnt the only one having these symptoms. Overall a bit of a pointless buy which made me feel really poorly. - Strengths:

These tablets are absolutely brilliant, I was only on them for a month before I fell pregnant with my little boy, the instructions on them are clear and easy to understand, they are an affordable price and you can buy them from most supermarkets and chemists I would definitely recommend these! - Strengths:

I took this for a year whilst having ivf. I felt better for taking them because I knew I was covering all the vitamins I needed and they probably helped my body cope with all the ivf medicine. There's probably cheaper but I got them on 3for2 each time. - Strengths:

I’ve been taking these 2 months before conceiving and 1 month after. Price wasn’t that much of an issue because a lot of places do offers and I luckily haven’t been taking them for too long. They don’t taste very nice so I make sure I take a mouthful of drink before and after. - Strengths:

These are a great Addition to one’s daily routine if trying to conceive. I took them for two months before we started trying and then fell pregnant the first time we tried, I feel very fortunate and know that I’ll baby had the best start developmentally thanks to this supplement. - Strengths:

So i used these for months while trying to get pregnant ot was at a year i decided to change to a different brand and got pregnant straight away. I'm sure these could work well for some but they didn't work for me I didn't feel the benefits and they didn't help me to get pregnant so im not sure they had what my body needed.
My suggestion for anyone trying for a long time would be to try different brands but use them for a few months before trying another. What works for one person doesn't work for all. - Strengths:

Before taking these tablets we tried for 2 years to have a baby. We took a break from trying for a year to get married and a month before we started trying again we decided to give these a go. We took his & hers conception tablets and got pregnant on the first try. May not have been completely down to these tablets but I think they definitely helped. I would highly recommend them to anyone. - Strengths:
