I bought this milk when my daughter was a couple weeks old after having very bad colic and not having bowel movements for up to 3 days. After the change I noticed a different baby. She was a lot more relaxed and had bowel movement once or twice a day. Major improvemts from how she was . She is a most 1 years old and I still use this milk as recommended by HV . My son had colic and constipation with cow and gate first infant formula called them up and they recommend comfort for me. Within 24 hours using comfort he was not constipated and colic was getting better. He put on a lot of weight with this formula. The only downside was the bowel moments was green and smelly like adults but he was happy comfortable and not in pain or crying which is the most important thing for my baby as I didn't want him to cry in pain.Read more - Strengths:

This dose really work, my little one was not going to the toilet for up to a week and end up in hospital and being in real bad pain, which was horrible to watch when there nothing you can do. The Dr told me to switch to this milk and we never looked back, the milk is thicker and it works a treat. We started using this formula when our daughter would have issues digesting another formula, so we decided to give this a whirl. It completely helped our daughters colic, it worked pretty much straight away. So easy to prepare and it's affordable. I would highly recommend this to a friend. Having started feeding my baby on Aptamil hungry baby formula she started with colic and constipation. She is a really hungry baby so we thought a hungry baby formula would be best. After some research we decided to try the cow & gate comfort formula. Within 24 hours on this formula her wind had subsided. She started to even get her own wind up. She even managed to poo after almost 4 days of nothing. It was clear that she was very uncomfortable because she hadn't emptied her bowels. I would most definitely recommend this formula for babies who suffer with wind and constipation. The only negative is that the milk smells starchy and has a slight greasy feel to it. Started my son on this at about 1 - 2 months old. He took to it immediately as was previously always fed cow and gate stage 1. At a few weeks old he developed horrific constipation and was given medicine which didn't help for long. It was so bad neither of us slept and he was always in agony often causing him to bleed from straining. No baby should have to go through that so I bought the colic and constipation milk. I figured it was most likely a marketing ploy and wouldn't do much but boy was I wrong! Within a week or so his constipation started getting better. It wasn't until he was about 6 months old when we moved him to stage 1 again and we realised it completely cured his constipation which never came back, and that he NEVER had colic! Before to use this formula, i ude Aptamil, and my baby was crying all the time, she doen't make poo properly and she has colics. I found this formula on internet and i thy it because everybody said it's good. After few days when i try this, my baby stop to cry and she start to make poo. I can’t really give a normal review for this because shortly after using this we discovered our son was actually cows milk intolerant so he couldn’t use this milk. When we started bottle feeding we were using the original C&G but he suffered horrifically with colic and constipation so this seemed like the next logical step. It did seem to have quite an impact on the constipation but some of the smells that came out of him were interesting! It’s a much thicker formula than the original so you need to use the next size up teats otherwise they get blocked easily. My little boy was moved onto this milk when he was a few weeks old as he was struggling wuth reflux. It has worked wonders and has helped him greatly. My only complaint with this milk is not many shops sell it. Only big supermarkets stock it and sometimes i struggle to find somewhere with it in stock. Daughter was diagnosed with colic and constipation was advised to trial her on Comfort Milk so bought Cow & Gate Comfort milk and since she was 2 week old she is still on it at 6 month tried using stage one & it didnt respond well with her so she will be on comfort milk until she no longer has formula
