After having to return an electric steriliser I purchased this one, best thing I ever did! No more waiting as items stay sterilised in water, back to tradition after steam and electric I'd definitely go for this first next time. Could be a little bigger but still fits 6 bottles. - Strengths:

If used in combination with Milton tablets/fluid there is no need to rinse. Just take the equipment out and use straight away.
The only thing to be aware of, is that you do have to change the water daily, which isnt much of an issue really.

I used it for all three of my kids found it very practical as my bottles were always sterile when i needed them unlike the electric ones that ones you open contamination can happen. Came in very handy with my twins - Strengths:

Fantastic sterillisers, cheap, quick, cheap to run and can hold a good amount of items. It also fits easily into a corner being square and you only have to refresh the Milton once a day. - Strengths:

I recommend these too every mum to be or mothers with children!! My son was born 6 weeks early at 2lb 15oz he was such a little fighter made it through without oxygen an with the help of this Milton sterilising kit it made him better he was home in 3 weeks x - Strengths:

Having heard stories about how the other sterilisers can leak steam/heat, I had the Milton cold water steriliser recommended to me. As an exclusive breastfeeder, I only needed bottles for when my daughter was babysat and needed expressed milk. Considering that everything can be sterilised within an hour, the tub is incredibly spacious. I never ran out of space for the various bits of bottle and pump, and then spoons etc for weaning. It does also have a tray you can insert which will help separate the bottles should you choose to use it. It was so easy to maintain, just refresh the water and tablet every 24 hours, and all the items can stay in until you need them. We no longer need it, but I have packed mine up into storage for next time, as it was fantastic. Definitely great value for money all round!Read more -

So much easier to use than any other steriliser. Quick to set up and only have to change the water once every 24 hours. This is also the one they use in the hospital for the same reasons. And they show you how to set it up and to make sure everything is submerged under the water so that it’s fully sterilised -

When my son was first born we had a weeks stay in hospital. We had a milton steriliser to use and it was so easy and quick! We have used one ever since at home. One change of the water and tablet every 24hrs and its done! - Strengths:

Can't really fault this. The size and shape is great, fits plenty of bottles etc in. Would be useful if it came with tongs. I did find out makes the side wet- i put things in the lid when i get them out and the water pools and inevitably splashes when i put the lid back on. - Strengths:

This is cheap and simple to use. Everything goes in there and stays sterile for 24 hours. You just have to wash your bottles in hot soapy water, rinse them and put them in. After 15 minutes they are sterile - Strengths:

This is a perfect steriliser that will have bottles or anything you need sterilising ready within 15 minutes. The water needs replacing every 24 hours with a tablet. The steriliser can be used for travel too. Only issue is if you leave dummies or teats in water for too long without use I have found them to become discoloured (but doesn't effect use of product). - Strengths:

This sterliser is very simple to use keeps bottles sterlised for atleast 24 hours . I have used this method with all my children tried am electronic one which is not very good. This you just fill to the level line with cold water and add sterlising tablet and your washed baby utensils and dummies and bottles. - Strengths:

This product is really good value for money. As it's cold water sterilization, it's quick and easy. This product is cheap, lightweight, easy to use, user friendly, takes up little space and is convenient to use as bottles can be used as when needed. I love this product it's so easy to use and very efficient. Definitely recommend. It's much cleaner and easier to use than a steam sterilizer. Also seems a lot more fresh and keeps the bottles nice and in good colour. I'm so glad I chose cold sterilizing this time it has made me life so much easier.
