When my son was first born we had a weeks stay in hospital. We had a milton steriliser to use and it was so easy and quick! We have used one ever since at home. One change of the water and tablet every 24hrs and its done! - Strengths:

So much easier to use than any other steriliser. Quick to set up and only have to change the water once every 24 hours. This is also the one they use in the hospital for the same reasons. And they show you how to set it up and to make sure everything is submerged under the water so that it’s fully sterilised -

Having heard stories about how the other sterilisers can leak steam/heat, I had the Milton cold water steriliser recommended to me. As an exclusive breastfeeder, I only needed bottles for when my daughter was babysat and needed expressed milk. Considering that everything can be sterilised within an hour, the tub is incredibly spacious. I never ran out of space for the various bits of bottle and pump, and then spoons etc for weaning. It does also have a tray you can insert which will help separate the bottles should you choose to use it. It was so easy to maintain, just refresh the water and tablet every 24 hours, and all the items can stay in until you need them. We no longer need it, but I have packed mine up into storage for next time, as it was fantastic. Definitely great value for money all round! -

I recommend these too every mum to be or mothers with children!! My son was born 6 weeks early at 2lb 15oz he was such a little fighter made it through without oxygen an with the help of this Milton sterilising kit it made him better he was home in 3 weeks x - Strengths:

Cheap and easy to use sterliser.
Don’t have to worry if the power goes off for bottles. Find it really handy.
However bottles do come out smelling like bleach, discoloured bottles and teats I do also tend to end up with water everywhere form dripping off the bottles when I remove them from the water.
However I much prefer this one over the electric.. - Strengths:

Fantastic sterillisers, cheap, quick, cheap to run and can hold a good amount of items. It also fits easily into a corner being square and you only have to refresh the Milton once a day. - Strengths:

I like Milton fluid because it keeps bottles and dummies sterile for 24 hours, its hassle free and only takes 20 minutes to sterilise. My only criticism is that the Milton fluid has an overpowering smell of bleach but apart from that its brilliant! - Strengths:

I used it for all three of my kids found it very practical as my bottles were always sterile when i needed them unlike the electric ones that ones you open contamination can happen. Came in very handy with my twins - Strengths:

I bought this after originally using a microwave steriliser. This is so easy to use, you fill it up put sterilising fluid or a tablet in then put the bottles in. They're ready after 15 minutes & the solution only needs to be changed every 24 hours.
It fits up to 4 bottles in at a time & you can also throw in dummies, teether etc.
The good thing it uses no electricity.

The Milton cold water steriliser is a simple yet effective must have for sterilising babies bottles and dummy's/pacifiers. Just fill the tub with water and add your sterilising fluid or tablet and pop your bottles in and after 20 mins in the solution they are sterile for 24 hours. After trying some of the more expensive electrical options, I turned to this cold water steriliser and haven’t looked back. It’s so simple and the bottles are always ready. No need to wait.
If used in combination with Milton tablets/fluid there is no need to rinse. Just take the equipment out and use straight away.
The only thing to be aware of, is that you do have to change the water daily, which isnt much of an issue really.

100% love this compared to any other steriliser I have tried. It’s easy and cheap to use. The bottles come out clean and ready to use. Easy to take away and use anywhere. I first got the Tommie tippie streliser, but my baby was used to dr browns bottles so I was struggling fitting them into the streliser, so I was looking for a cheap alternative and came across this... absolutely brilliant!
It’s a cold water streliser and once u have put the tablet in the morning it lasts all day, it was loads easier then the electric one and more covieniant as I could take it with me when I went away, it comes with a carry handle so it easy to carry and go!
