I LOVE this car seat, especially the lie
Flat function which extends how long the baby can be in the car seat, which is great for long journeys. Easy to buckle baby in and feel really secure. Like that it comes in a range of colours. I opted for black.
Really easy to wash and clean too.
Only disadvantage is that it’s heavy! Especially with baby in there and the older they get the heavier the car seat feels.

I honestly can’t think of one weakness, it’s the best car seat we’ve bought for our little one and also one of the safest on the market!

Conflicted about this car seat...
It lies flat easily (when not in car), cleans relatively easily, Great safety ratings, easy to click in using a belt or isofix, rocks easily when on a flat surface. BUT ITS SO EXPENSIVE!
We got ours as part of a travel system so it was easy as first time parents.. we knew it was compatible with the pram (icandy peach) and had the right isofix. However I have seen friends with cheaper car seats that also have all the pros I listed. I am not expecting to stay with the cybex car seats going forwards due to the cost of them BUT if you want to spend the money (or are being gifted one) then it's a great one to do so with.

I really liked the lay flat function of this car seat when on the pram or inside. It’s also got really great testing results.
The hood gives really good coverage and it has a great height/weight maximum on it meaning it will last longer than some other infant carriers before you need to make the switch.
It’s quite heavy and I sometimes struggled to get the seat on the cloud z base when my son was in it. Also, my car had sloped seats so his head would often flop forward when he fell asleep - this was improved by making sure his bum was down as far as possible but there was still some head flop.
All in all a great seat and would definitely recommend

This car seat is great. Although the image here is in orange it comes in other colours such as black and grey. I love the fact it can lie flat so I can transfer her from the car to the pram easily and lie her down without worrying about going over the advised 2 hours in a car seat. Making it lie flat is also easy. We bought adapters so we can use this car seat with the pram.

I purchased this for my little girl just before she was born. It was a bit fidderly to use at first as it wasn’t clear in the manual how to lay down flat. I had to use google to search. Once you got the hang of it. It was very easy to use. Loved the car seat

We absolutely love our Cybex Cloud Z. In all honesty, it was one of the most expensive items we bought from new but you can't put a price on your babies safety, surely? The seat itself looks really stylish (ours is soho grey) and it fits onto our pushchair also which is extremely handy when you don't want to interrupt a nap. The best feature of this car seat has got to be the swivel base. It makes it so easy to get baby in and out without leaning awkwardly or hurting yourself. It's easy to use, good to look at and most importantly the safest you can get! - Strengths:

I absolutely love this car seat.
The lay flat function is a life saver- I regularly use it on my pushchair base knowing my som is safe and not exceeding the car seat time limits. It also allows my to leave my son napping at home when we have been out and he has fallen asleep on the car.
The swivel function makes getting my son in and out so easy- especially since I’m struggling with a bad back following a c section.
The hood provides great coverage compared to others on the market.

Although this car seat is slightly on the pricier side of the market, it is worth the money. The lie flat motion on the car seat means the baby can stay in for longer than the recommended period. (Midwife adviced it should be ok).
Having had a c section it meant that bending and kneeling over wasnt as comfortable. The spinning isofix base meant it was easier to put baby in and out.

The cybex cloud z base has saved my life...being a carry cot that spins my back has been able to survive putting my newborn in and out of a small sport hatchback!
I love the fact that it has lay flat so I don’t have to worry if my baby falls asleep as it can recline to a lay flat position when in the house or out shopping - Strengths:

Me & my husband are first time parents we love this car seat especially because it lies flat & spins 360 so is much easier to get the baby in & out of the car. Once you have the hang if it it’s so easy to use. Would 100% definitely recommend however I wish it would of come with an extra head support for tiny babies as our son was born 4 weeks early so looks tiny in it. We also love the wing for the side impact incase there’s a crash, much more protected than other car seats.

Overall I love this car seat. The fact you can lay baby flat in the car seat when out and about then just push back up into seated position to be in the car is amazing!

Description
Introducing the Cybex 'Cloud Z' i-sized car seta.
This child seat is equipped with a Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P.) System, which – in combination with the energy-absorbing car seat shell – significantly increases your baby's safety in a side-impact collision.
The Cloud Z i-Size can be transformed to a lie-flat position outside of the car and has 11 quick-to-adjust headrest positions with integrated harness guides. To make it easier to get your little one in and out of the car, the seat can be swivelled to the door side of the car, thanks to the innovative Base Z mechanism. The base also features Driving Direction Control (D.D.C.), which ensures that the child seat cannot be turned to a forward-facing position.
