I returned to work when my little one was 4 months old. I was determined to continue breastfeeding so I bought this pump.
It is generally quite effective once I determined how the settings worked best for me.

The pump does the job. It collects the milk nicely into the bottle without much or any spillage. It is easy to assemble and to take apart to clean. Very easy to clean and can be put in the microwave steriliser that comes with it. Compact so good when out the house. It is very noisy though and I often find myself putting it beneath a pillow to silence it. Quite expensive for so noisey. - Strengths:

This is a really handy expresser that I find is compact and easy to carry around if needed. I like that you can purchase adaptors to make it for different bottle/bag sizes and brands to make expressing and storing milk easy. I like the 3 different strengths of suction and how easy it is to put together and use. However it does sometimes lose power and the rubber tube can easily fall out during expressing. - Strengths:

When I was breastfeeding, I was expressing for the night feeds so my partner could get up with my son. I would have been lost without this product, it’s easy to use, has 3 different types of settings on it (although very noisy!) I would have been lost without it and would have made my breastfeeding journey a lot harder. - Weaknesses:

I would never use another breast pump other than this one as it’s the only one I have found comfortable. The only fault it’s that it’s so loud - Strengths:

The electric tommee tippee pump is great for first time pumpers (like myself). It took about 5 minutes to get all set up the first time following the picture instructions and then got straight to it. I wasn't sure if it was working but I stopped and checked after 10 minutes and had nearly filled a lot. The sterilizing tub it comes with is so handy if you need to pump away from home or at work. The customer service is also amazing! I lost the tube in a house move and emailed them asking where I could purchase a new tube and instead they just sent me one which was so lovely! - Strengths:

i bought this as i had read good reviews. its an ok product although i found it hard to assemble and disassemble for cleaning in my first few intial weeks of after birth plus the silicon ring lost its shape after 2/3 uses so few times the milk spilled while i was expressing. the sterlisation box is handy as i have been sterlising other bottles in it. -

My son was premature and I was asked to express for him as he was too small to latch on. At the hospital I used the pump they provided and got this one for when I was at home. The suction was not great at all. I had to use a lot of pressure to get no where near what I could express at the hospital. For the cost of the machine I was very dissappointed. - Strengths:

After purchasing the Tommee Tippee hand pump and not getting anywhere, I opted for this electric version. Although it was slightly better, I was still pumping for long periods of time to only produce a few ounces. It's quite loud and I also found it uncomfortable and awkward to hold when pumping. I have since purchased a slightly more expensive brand and found I can express much more milk in a shorter time period. I would recommend paying a little extra from the off to avoid disappointment. - Strengths:

As a first time mum wanting to breast feed this product done what needed to be done. Very easy to use, clean and put together! It has different settings and I always used the fast setting as I had a very hungry baby to feed. Would definitely recommend buying. I’ll be buying again for my second baby due very soon. - Strengths:

This pump is very easy to use and I found it very comfortable. The actual machine is small and it has the benefit of being both mains and battery operated which means it can be used on the go as well as at home. Everything fits easily into the microwave sterilising box after each use. Great value for money. My only reservation is that it is quite noisy when in use. - Strengths:

I don't know if it was just me but I was very disappointed with this product. I bought it on sale for about £75 and still didn't feel it was value for money. I wanted to express milk ready for when we was out and about or so my partner could get up and do night feeds. However I could never get more than an ounce out of it, and that would take 45mins to achieve. It's safe to say after trying it on and off for two months I gave up on it - Strengths:

I really liked this pump to start with but due to latching issues I was pumping exclusively. Within a month this pump wasn't getting as much changed valves but the plastic thing that attaches the pump seems loose so the suction isn't as strong and you can't just replace that part. - Strengths:
