so the worst night of my life. My newborn daughter was refusing to latch on without screaming, she had lost 12% of her birth weight and instead of being able to express to top her up I was hooked up to the pump for FAR too long and got 10ml in 2 hours.THEN the bloody thing broke, it just stopped working! I was a wreck, my baby girl was screaming as she was hungry and thank god it was 6 am. I was sure there was something wrong with me that my milk wasn't working.
A small trip to the hospital to see a nurse and a lactation consultant. I was hooked up to a madela pump and sent home with a manual one (saved my sanity!) just to show it wasn't my milk that wasn't the issue as it flowed with the right pump.
I now advise everyone to pick up a madela manual hand pump (get the electric pump if you can afford it) and give tommee tippee a WIDE berth because if i can save someone else from going through that panic and heartache then its 100% worth it because i wouldn't wish that on anyone.
I can't provide a picture as upon returning back from the hospital it was immediately thrown in the bin (it was cathartic to do it after the long day I had been through) - Strengths:

I am still using this product and I like the fact it has different speeds and that its quicker and less hassle than using the manual pump, however when it comes to cleaning I struggle, I feel that there's lots of nooks and crannies and parts that come apart that it makes it difficult. - Strengths:

Works well. Easy to clean and put together. Multiple settings.

It's a really good pump! It works quickly and efficiently. It was easy to assemble and use and also comes with the option to put batteries in which is great for when you are out and about. It's also very easy to take apart and clean. It has multiple settings which are very useful and you are able to pump directly into the bottle which is great for quick feeding.
The downsides are that it is very loud and is not compatible with bottles that aren't Tommee Tippee. The price was high however, also reasonable given how well it works. - Strengths:

I got this pump as a gift so I'm not sure about the price. There is a lot of bits to put it together but once you have done it a few times it doesn't take long. I did think it was a bit loud once it was on, but overall I was very pleased with it. - Strengths:

I bought this kit on sale before my little one was born. I have been using it to build a supply for use when I got back to work. Easy to use and not too fiddly to clean.
I find the pump mostly comfortable, though it only has one size of breast cup and I do wonder if a larger cup on the pump would make it more comfortable or even efficient. I only ever seem to get an ounce after 20 minutes of pumping on one side. Though this could just be me. I've never tried another pump so have nothing to compare to.
I am pleased with the pump though as it does what I need it to.
The sterilizing unit fits comfortably in my small microwave and fits all the parts easily at once. - Strengths:

It pumps slowly so it takes a long time to get anything, I never managed to express much at a time as it takes too long. It is very noisy, I can’t use it when my baby is sleeping in the other room as it wakes her. When I first used the pump I was still in a maternity ward, a number of midwives were not impressed by this pump at all and offered me the use of the wards pump. - Strengths:

This breast pump is easy to assemble and disassemble. It didn’t hurt to get the milk out and I found that I could fill the bottles really quickly. The only thing with this pump is it’s very loud and I couldn’t express if my daughter was asleep as it would have woke her up. - Strengths:

I brought the Tommee tippee pump with my second daughter and was shocked at the little amount and amount of time it took to get a decent amount of milk.
Assembly is easy and the handy storage box is brilliant for sterilising and keeping it all together.
I have used it again for my third daughter but I try to avoid using it due to the amount of noise it makes my husband cringes when I turn it on and my toddler covers her ears.
It's a shame because I used a lot of tommee tippee products but I feel it's a little bit of a let down.
Also the flange that is supposed to be suitable for all sizes was not as well fitting as hoped.

Good breast pump as it works to help express milk without much effort other than sitting on the settee! However personally I find it quicker to express by hand as it can take a long time for the strongest suction to work. - Strengths:

This pump can.express a good quantity of milk in a short space of time. I manage to get a full bottle on most pumps. The only.downfall.is that it only.fits Tommee tippee bottles. Obviously this is due to the brand and using bottles of the same brand. But my little girl only takes a nuby bottle so I have to re-dispense before feeding. Some sort of attachment to use other bottles would be nice. - Strengths:

We had the manual pump to begin with which was fab and then had to get an electric pump due to needing to express. This was priced amazingly and thought we were into a winner after the success of the manual. However the air tube kept disconnecting, meaning it would lose the flow and power from the actual pump wasn’t great. It does have 3 different speeds to mimic flow which is good. But just didn’t work for us as too little power. Moved to another pump which worked fantastically for us. - Strengths:

The first thing to note is the rrp price of this product, I bought it for £40 in a supermarket baby event and therefore for value of money to me, it was and is a great product. I only required it for very occasional pumping and did have to spend a lot of time attached to it to achieve this, if I needed it for further pumping, i would have considered a different brand.
I love the fact it can all be pulled apart cleaned and sterilised with no drama, it's an important feature when you have a newborn baby and little time to mess around! - Strengths:

A great pump to start a breastfeeding journey, ideal for odd pumping sessions to relieve pressure and/or top-up pumping. However, if you intend to build up supply and a stash, it is doable but not with ease. There aren't enough settings and no preset programs. - Strengths:

I wanted my son to be fed on breast milk only. I purchased this product when I was pregnant and wasn’t really sure if I would use it but felt I should buy a breast pump as it was on the lists of ‘baby items to buy’. With my son only a week old I have already used this product numerous times!
If my son sleeps for a long time I can use the pump to stop my breasts becoming sore if they are too full and it then means my husband can use the milk to do a night time feed and allow me to get some more sleep!
The pump is very effective and pain free. In the first few days of breastfeeding my nipples were so sore I was crying in pain as my son fed. I used the Tommee Tippee pump and within 20 minutes we had enough milk to feed my son and no discomfort! Milk is pumped straight in to the bottle (with a slow flow teat which mimics breastfeeding), so you can pop straight in the fridge if not planning to use straight away. The only downside to this product is during pumping the air tube keeps coming disconnected as the connection is not very secure. If you don’t notice straight away you can sit there for 5 minutes not getting any milk! It’s easy to reattach but frustrating there is such a simple design flaw in what is otherwise a great product.
When it comes to cleaning all the items can be rinsed and then all popped in the sterilising box which goes in the microwave for 4 minutes. Easy Peasy! So much quicker than I thought it would be too clean.
Overall I would defiantly recommend just keep an eye on the air tube.

This pump was very easy to use and assemble. It was a bit of a faff to wash but I think that's true of all pumps. It comes with a steriliser box which is fab as it just takes 6 minutes and can then stay in the box sterile until opened. Very comfortable to use and the three settings help with milk flow. A little bit loud but that didn't worry me too much. I did find that the milk would sometimes leak out onto my clothes if I wasn't sat forwards but I think that's my position more than anything. Overall I loved this - Strengths:

I brought this pump due to having the bottles. In the hospital I used the melda one they provide and I have a very high milk supply after a week off using it. Then after getting home I started using this pump and it didn't work very well as it dried my milk supply up as the suction isn't great. And I had to have it 30mins on each side to get even a bit off milk. I was very disappointed. - Strengths:

This pump is much easier than a manual pump, which I had before this. It did take a few practises for me to put all the parts together correctly which is a pain when they all need to stay sterile. I also bought the bags to go with the pump but I don't have adaptors to attach these (which you have to buy in the larger starter set). This can start to add up very quickly if you want to use all of the 'express and go' features.
The three different speed settings are very useful however, as sometimes my breasts are too sore to withstand a lot of suction, so the first setting can be easier on them, although this then takes a long time to express any decent amount.

I found this product disappointing! The three settings were great and really helped to get milk flowing but the machine itself has major design flaws!
There's gaps which effect the suction and made it quite difficult to pump, I had to celo tape around the edges to get it airtight - Strengths:
