This is a brilliant thermometer which is extremely accurate and the disposable sleeves ensure it is hygienic every time however a re-usable sleeve would be amazing maybe one that can be sterilised? Anyway I really find this thermometer useful with my baby. - Strengths:

Absolutely love this thermometer. It’s been a godsend when my little ones been poorly, the temps are always accurate and I’ve never had a problem with it. Still using it 2 years later from when I first purchased it. The ear pieces can usually be found on offer somewhere too. Really recommend it. - Strengths:

Compact and easy to use. Lightweight

But it is so much better than just a standard thermometer.
I have a normal one for my old step children and bought this one for when my son was due to be born from a recommendation from a friend. It is great.

As any parent will knowing having one of these in the home is a must! So when i found this in a baby event i snapped it up for a great price! However as good of a product i feel it is i think i.may invest in a non contact one as my little one doesn't like it in the ear, i would still say this is a great producut for the price point though and the refills are easy to get hold of - Strengths:

I was gifted this item when my baby was born & it has been extremely handy. I do have a normal under-the-arm thermometer as well which I do use but this one is always my go to. It's straightforward to use, simply turn it on, pop it in your baby/child's ear & push the button down. Wait for the double beep & remove. The only thing to bare in mind when using this is that if you don't pull their ear back enough you will get an incorrect reading which I have done a couple times but I just re-do it & get a correct reading. The only thing I would like with this product is a little case to put it in so I can keep all the bits together. I keep it in the box so I don't lose anything but it's quite bulky (when you're low on storage). The replacement tips are fairly cheap too coming it at around 13p per tip (£5.29 for 40 on Amazon).Read more - Strengths:

I have 3 thermometers, 1 head, 1 underarm and the tommee tippee ear thermometer, this is by far the best and quickest way to check my babies temperature. As a new mum I can become quite paranoid about just how hot or cold my newborn is and I find that the ear thermometer is just so easy to quickly check my baby without bothering him in anyway. The screen is big and clear and it comes with changable hygiene covers incase it is used on anybody else in the future. A great purchase and will be used for years to come.Read more

Really easy to use this thermometer and has the necessary settings to test temperature of babies to adults. Nice handy shape for holding and keeps its charge well.

I brought this as it was in the baby event rather cheap. I will never own any other thermometer now. This is so easy to use with one hand, quick press of a button and it tells you the temperature if it's okay it lights up green if it's to high it lights up red. I use these on a daily basis at the hospital I work at , I also have one at home and they are so easy to use and very simple. I do think they are slightly expensive but they seem to be the best to use.

For any parent, the thought of your child falling ill is terrifying, so you need to have a thermometer for when this may happen in order to monitor their wellbeing. I bought this one as Tommee Tippee are a reputable, well known brand and I thought the price was reasonable. I have had use it a few times when my little boy was tiny after his first set of jabs. I have to say I struggled when he was tiny to use it as it didn't seem to fit his ear correctly, and I didn't feel as though the reading was accurate for this reason. However, as he has grown the thermometer fits better now and I am more happy with the accuracy of the readings.Read more
Sometimes it gives two different readings within minutes of one another, but I think you just need to make sure you are putting it in their ear correctly. I also think as a parent you know when your child is ill, so if you ever felt as though the reading wasn't accurate enough then going to get them checked out would be best.

Ita really easy to use on small baby when is not moving but if i try use on my 19 months daughter is nearly impossible to do it. Can fully recommended fir small babies not for older one. Thermometer is giving diffrent reading dont know from what this dipends. So you must do it few times to make sure its correct. Its hygienic but you must always one time after one time changing rings.

I have read many not so good reviews on this item, I have found it to be really good. It's so much easier to use than an armpit one which my son hated and refused to let me use. It took seconds to get a reading which is good. Size isn't to large for baby's ear. Protective colours kept it clean. I have read that so me had unreliable readings but I never found this the case. My gp even recommend this product to me. It's easy to use and stores the last reading which is handy when on the phone to gp. This is so much easier and quicker to use on a baby (and on the whole family to be fair) than any other thermometer. Easy to use and to read. The beeps indicate a fever or high fever even before looking at the screen. Overall it's accurate but there have been occasions when I measure the temperature 3 times in the same position but it gives me different readings. I have this for my 7month old I find it very easy to use the only let down is you need to keep stocked up on protective shields and to get accurate reading it has to be done in both ears and the highest reading is used but it's still a good product - Strengths:
