Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Complete Feeding Set

I used this 9 years ago with my oldest son so when I found out I was expecting last year I bought this set again. I have had no issues with it at all and managed to get it on offer at smyths toys so overall I think it was well worth the money.

I was originally going to breastfeed but unfortunately this didn’t work out for us. This set was a god send as i was able to get everything i needed in one go. My daughter took to the bottles straight away and we have never had a problem with them. The powder pots are brilliant for when we are out and about.

When my baby was 3 1/2 months old he was not getting enough milk from me, we had a terrible start with breast feeding as he had a 99% attached tongue tie which was cut at 3 weeks. As his tongue tie was a bad case he had a high palate. And then caught his brothers chicken pox at 6-7 weeks and it had majorly affected my milk supply. And although i pumped, with 3 other children to look after It was impossible to build a supply.
However in desperation having tried many other bottles, he struggled getting the suck on them do to his high palatte. But with tommee tippee and a little practise in no time he was able to have a full 4 ounce of milk. I used the bottle warmer to warm up my stash of breast milk from the freezer but when I went onto formula I don't really use this anymore. But you can warm food in it so will be keeping it until baby is weaning and eating fruit and vegetable purrees.
The steriliser is good, although leaves a lot of condensation around from the steam, it gets very hot so you know the bottles are sterile. However i do live in a hard water area and i do need to descale more then it says to.
The kit is worth the money, and the milk powder pits are very useful for travel so you don't have to carry a whole pot of formula around. Although you have to get them 100% dry before putting powder in, which is tricky as there are folds and creases in the pots.
The thermal bags do work and keep bottle warm for ages. I have not used the dummy as had brought a different teat i prefer.
Overall very good, i have it in black and looks 'stylish' on my kitchen side. Would recommend with babies that have difficulty sucking.

I loved this set has everything you need for baby cleans bottles thoroughly and very easy to use and clean the bottles are also good quality and my baby never suffered from colic would highly recommend

Anything in this package is well worth it’s money to buy separate would cost a fortune. The products are all easy to use and easy to clean it has everything you could need for bottle wise. The steriliser is great and spacious and easy to descale. My child loves the bottles and the dummy. Well worth the money I spent to make my child happy.

This set is so convenient and such a great value for money I love my set it’s so easy to use the bottles are amazing if your breastfeeding and giving bottles it’s definitely a kit you would want to invest in.
From personal experience use white vinegar to descale the steriliser. The only down side is that there is no safety lock on the steriliser so little children can get there hands on it

Overall is a good product and does what is needed. Plenty of bottles and accessories come with. The only problem I found is the bottle brush does not work that good and I was having to descale mine 2 times a week. (Steriliser)

This is definitely worth the price. You get everything you need all in 1 box. Some of the stuff still hasn't been used. The steriliser if electrical which is so much better than a microwave one. And it doesn't take ages to heat up. Just a bit of water and then turn it on. Brilliant product

This is a fantastic product for a first time bottle feeding Mum, the quality is also amazing very sturdy and made well. It comes with just enough products so you don’t need to worry about buying more, unless you get to 3 months then you need to buy the next stage teats. The steriliser is brilliant as it’s easy to clean, one finger touch to work and only takes a couple of minutes. But the best product is the bottle warmer it takes around 1/2 minutes to heat your babies bottle which is much faster than the kettle, so in the night it’s works a treat. The bottle warmers are also great for long trips out as they keep your babies bottle warm all day for around 6/8 hours. So overall a really good product in my eyes.

This little starter set is perfect for a first time mum, it comes with everything you need if you are bottle feeding!
The powder pots are the only let down! The lids kept falling off and I would end up with powder all in the changing bag!

I loved this set as being a 1st time mum everything is there so you don’t even need to buy extra , the price is great for everything in there , there isn’t a thing I don’t use.

We searched for the good sterilized for ages and I was torn between brands,eventually we decided to go for this one bevause it has everything in one kit.Very easy to use,convenient. Bottles are really good quality and last for ages.Steriliser is fab too, gets quote hot,but steams perfectly.Bottle warmer is a great addition.

Very good bottles, steriliser and everything included for a very good price. Sterilizing the bottles is so easy and it doesn't take long once it's going. Bottles are labelled with oz so it's an easy read. Best by far

Love this steriliser very easy to use the instructions are really straight forward and it was very easy to clean all the accessories were very handy as well it comes with lots of extras.

I loved my set up, so easy to use and the bottles are sterilised within 5 mins. I did however change the bottles for the anti colic bottles which suited my daughter better. The bottle warmer is great for making the milk a little warmer, but is confusing as you put your bottle in the light goes on then off quite quickly and doesn’t heat that much, so if you leave it in it will come on again, until you reach the required temp. Bottle brush is great, and separates into two parts for all the bits of the bottles you need to clean. And the bags for pre-made bottles for when you go out are great. But I tend to male the bottle slightly hotter as it does cool down a bit when out.

For us this set was a complete waste of tume, so bad I gave it away after a week.
The bottle teats are to soft and collapse as the baby sucks, the steriliser needed descaled after every use and therefore time consuming.

The only things I kept were the bottle brush and insulation bags.

I have used many different sterilisers while working in child care and when it came to buying my own I couldn’t live without this one it is amazing.

Good product, easy to use, doesn't take up much room, the only problem is needing to de-scale quite often. Get everything you need for a reasonable price.

This is a great product for a first time mum. It included almost everything you need to get started with formula feeding. For the sheer volume of milk bottles and powder dispensers alone, I would have recommended this set. In addition the steriliser is so easy to use and is big enough to sterilise several bottles and powder dispensers at once. The dummy included is also really useful, my little girl wouldn’t take to any other brand of dummies but when I tried her with the tommee tippee one included in the set, she loved it. I think it has a similar teat to the bottles.
I also bought an electric pump to go with the set and was then able to bottle feed expressed breast milk as well as formula with ease. This meant once I had a bottle of expressed Milk I could take it with me, in the bottle warmer, when I went out.

This product is as amazing as it looks. It's a perfect start up set for your baby. It has all essentials that you'll need for tour baby. The bottles comes in 2 different sizes. I would definitely recommend this to al new parents out there.

The amount of bottles you get with is a bargain as they're usually fairly expensive bottles are great for colic

This product has been really helpful for us from day one with our little one. The bottle warmer is great and the whole thing is really simple to use. There are two different sizes of bottles and they are designed to support breast feeding. We've had no trouble switching between these bottles and breast feeding. This product had made feeding the little one really simple.

Love the fact I could pick a colour that when in my kitchen and the amount of things you get with it. It is very good with the bottle warm. The only thing I have found is it does go through a lot of water but the it does what it’s says on the boxes. I have used Tommee tippee for last two baby and have never been let down by them.

Love this steriliser, so simple and easy with just one button, and so easy to keep clean and descale, powder pots are an absolute saviour when out and about it has made my life with my little one so much easier and less stressful when going out.
