I bought this change mat in the mothercare sale, I think id have been reluctant to pay full price as its expensive for a change mat!
However the colours are very vibrant and as my daughter got a little older she enjoyed looking at the pictures and working out what they all were. The liner makes it warm and soft for little babies and easy to remove and wash when they inevitably wee on it.
It of course works as a changing mat should however I did find that the mat split at the seams (between the padded edge and flat part) after a relatively short amount of use. Although this doesnt affect its use it is a bit annoying for such an expensive mat. Also the pillow that comes with it is pointless as part of the mat, its too chunky for a baby to be able to use it without putting them in an awkward position however it does make a nice nursery decoration. - Strengths:

Having bought a few other items in the little bird range I had to get this to complete the collection. I am so pleased with how colourful and bright this is. Baby seems pretty content whenever he's on it, the handy pillow and cover helps to keep the mat clean but mainly stops a cold bum when the mat is cold. The little pillow is so cute and is nice and squishy for baby to rest on (or chew on).
The design could actually fit a number of themes in a nursery as it has a variety of coloured things like trees, vehicles, apples etc...
The mat itself is nice and padded and a great addition to the nursery. Would recommend this and any of the little bird range. - Strengths:

We purchased this to add to his collection in his nursery. It’s bright and colourful. Like the little bird range by Jools. So all matches. The towelling hasn’t lost its shape after a wash. Which I have found in past they do. It does what it’s got to do. Love it!! - Strengths:
