Found this brilliant for my two kids. Easy to install and take in and out of car. Love that it can fit on most buggy travel systems with attachments. Feels really snug and safe for little ones in three. Easy to remove cover and wash keeping it nice and new for using again and again. - Strengths:

I absolutely loved this car seat for both of my children. I ordered it as a second option as I originally wanted the Maxi Cosi Pebble but I found the cabriofix a much better choice. The newborn insert was perfect for using when my children were small and then when they were older, I removed the insert and got plenty of use out of the car seat as my youngest son was in it until he turned 18 months. I would highly recommend this car seat and will definitely purchase it again in the future.Read more - Strengths:

We got this as a gift for our first born. It was my first choice after trying on a few at John Lewis. Being short and petite, it was important that I'm able to carry it with the baby in. It's actually light! I find the belt easy to use. I actually prefer the belt compared to the high and more expensive version where it locks automatically. It also attaches/clips on easily on our pushchair.Read more

Fantastic car seat. My little boy gets excited when he sits in this so it must be comfortable for him. It's so easy to fasten him in and tighten the straps, I just use this with the seat belt in the car which is also so easy to do. Most pushchairs you can get adaptors so this just slots onto the frame (I use this with my cosatto giggle 2) would recommend to anyone. - Strengths:

My daughter used this car seat from birth till 14 months (as she was still under weight and height limit). I love the maxi cosi brand and bought the cabriofix as it was the cheaper option. We didn't buy the ISO fix base and instead used the seat belt however this was still quick and easy. I loved how easy life is when your baby's are still in these infant carrier car seats as they can be put in trolleys when shopping, attached to the pram, and carried. They seem very comfy, the head hugger is fab for when they're tiny with no head control. The wedge also allows them to sit nicer in the car seat.Read more - Strengths:

I would highly recommend the maxi cosi car seat, I bought mine with an Isofix base, it’s so easy to use to get in and out of the car with and also simplistic for using with the pram. Removable covers which is ideal, especially as I have a second on the way, so just removed and washed, ready for second baby! - Strengths:

It's easy to use, seat belt slots are not too tight and the seat belt easily fits in.
Also you can use an isofix base which makes it even easier to use.
The wedge that comes in the seat for a newborn is fab as my little one looks so comfy and doesn't look squashed.
The fabric is soft and wipable of most accidents new borns have.

This car seat is easy to use. The isofix base is simple to fit but it is difficult to get the seat out of a 3 door car but to be honest most car seats will be. My little one is comfortable in it and loves the rocking function.

This was a great little carseat. We had quite a small baby and she was able to use it from day one safely. We were able to adjust the straps for her and it lasted until after her first birthday. Maxi Cosi has adaptors for other brands of travel systems and we were able to use it with our Oyster buggy. Nice cheap option too! We did have an issue with our dog eating the inset. She munched it loads and it was completely unusable. We were able to order a new one from Maxi Cosi (at quite a low cost) which came the following day. Downsides were that we had to jiggle it lots to fit it on the isofix and that the top cover bit kept pinging off now and then but they were small prices to pay as in everything else it was great!Read more - Strengths:

I don’t have a bad word to say about this car seat. I’ve used this brand with both my children and it’s kept them safe and happy. It comes with a range of adapters that allow it to sit on a number of pushchairs and comes with good accessories including seat covers and rain cover. I've had my maxi cosi car seat for 3 years now and also using it on my second child. Cannot fault it. I feel that my child is very protected in it and feel as if my child is comfortable (children instantly fall asleep in it). Great to be used with an isofix or cabriofix base which is very easy to use and puts you at ease that they are securely strapped in. Great design which is neutral for both sexes but covers can also be changed. Covers are easily taken off and washed.Read more - Strengths:

This is the first time I’ve used the cabrio fix with baby number 3. I would say it is good value for money as cheaper than the pebble. I think it is good for what it’s intended to do. Head hugger looks nice and comfortable I just wish it was separate to the wedge as my son is getting to the point now where he doesn’t need the wedge but could still do with the head support. I would recommend the cabrio fix if you can’t afford the pebble. - Strengths:

The lightweight Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix infant carrier is suitable from birth to 13 kg and is compatible with Maxi-Cosi and Quinny pushchairs to form the perfect travel system.
This car seat features enhanced Side Protection System and a soft chushioned seat with newborn seat reducer.
Practical belt hooks will assist in keeping the harness out of your way when placing your child in the seat. A one-pull harness adjustment ensures that it is set at the right tension. As your baby grows, the harness and headhugger can be altered so that it is always positioned correctly.
The CabrioFix installation is very easy with Maxi-Cosi's range of click-and-go base units or it can also be installed using the car's three-point seat belt.
When used in conjunction with Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Base a light and sound indicator will notify you of its correct installation.
The car seat can also be adjusted into a unique upward position so older babies have more legroom. As a result, you can use the seat for longer in the rearward facing position which is the safest way for younger children to travel.
This car seat has been designed with your little one's comfort in mind: it is supplied with a headhugger, newborn seat reducer, chest and buckle pad and an integrated sun canopy. It also features an extra comfortable ergonomic carrying handle to make it easier for you to transport.
