This was a perfect car seat for our newborns, so easy to use and very light weight. Clipped into the buggaboo base easy also. Only downside is that I had to by a new car seat about 7 months after my baby was born. - Strengths:

Well this is my 3rd purchase of this car seat,my 3 youngest children have all had these from new.

This car seat is safe & comfortable for my little boy, he sleeps soundly in it, it can be used with a belt or isofix base and used with travel systems with adapters. We use with the bugaboo chameleon which is very convenient when out and about. - Strengths:

I have used the maxi cosi cabriofix with both my children and love it! I would highly recommend. It's safe, easy to use and easy to clean. I am also using the isofix base that you buy separate which is a lifesaver! - Strengths:

I like these car seats as they are solid but lightweight so you feel safe putting your baby in, I like that you can use with isofix bases or on some pram frames for short journeys/school runs!! No badly priced neither - Strengths:

I have had 2 of these car seats i cant rate them enough, light weight easy to use sturdy and comfortable, the newborn insert can be used with the wedge when tiny and without once bigger, i feel my little one is comfy and safe when in it. - Strengths:

Love my cabriofix, compatible with so many different pushchairs and so easy to use. I love the design on my limited edition model and often get comments on the style. Lightweight and still fits my daughter now she’s nearly 1.

Great car seat. My son has always been comfortable in it. The newborn insert wedge was great as it was a better position for him when he was first born. This was also easy to use when he no longer needed it. Would definitely recommend this product. - Strengths:

Love this, with the newborn inserts too baby is well supported right from the beginning. However with my baby being on the bigger side I had to remove the insert quite early, he missed the head hugger as he wasn't quite steady enough on his own but because it is one piece lifting their bum forward too I had to take it out.Read more
It's not the easiest to carry with baby in but I haven't found one that is.

This is a good safe car seat which supports the newborns heads and keeps them sturdy.. easy to fasten into a car.. the only problem i find are they are actually quite heavy without a baby in.. this is hard for me as ive c sections with all my children so its painful n heavy. -

Very good car seat. We had to change our travel system when my done was 5 months old, I was expecting to have to buy a new car seat but we didn't have to. This car seat is very adaptable. It's better with an ISO-fix base but it can be used and is very secure without one. -

Simple to do the adjustments as baby grew.
Washable which was so easy to take covers on and off.
Was a little bit heavy to carry but easy to put onto pram when out and about for short periods.

Would highly recommend the maxi cosi to anyone. I find it lightweight and easy to use. Had come in particularly helpful for swimming lessons, where the twins can be dressed, put in their car seats then are nice and snug whilst myself and hubby change. Easy to fit onto our iCandy as well. Integrated sun canopy is great :) -

Love this car seat. It is really sturdy and easy to use. It’s also comfortable for your little one as comes with an insert. It’s nice you can get it in other colours too. I did find the material hood a little flimsy and would’ve been nice if the water proof hood came with it and not as an extra.

Description
The lightweight Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix infant carrier is suitable from birth to 13 kg and is compatible with Maxi-Cosi and Quinny pushchairs to form the perfect travel system.
This car seat features enhanced Side Protection System and a soft chushioned seat with newborn seat reducer.
Practical belt hooks will assist in keeping the harness out of your way when placing your child in the seat. A one-pull harness adjustment ensures that it is set at the right tension. As your baby grows, the harness and headhugger can be altered so that it is always positioned correctly.
The CabrioFix installation is very easy with Maxi-Cosi's range of click-and-go base units or it can also be installed using the car's three-point seat belt.
When used in conjunction with Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Base a light and sound indicator will notify you of its correct installation.
The car seat can also be adjusted into a unique upward position so older babies have more legroom. As a result, you can use the seat for longer in the rearward facing position which is the safest way for younger children to travel.
This car seat has been designed with your little one's comfort in mind: it is supplied with a headhugger, newborn seat reducer, chest and buckle pad and an integrated sun canopy. It also features an extra comfortable ergonomic carrying handle to make it easier for you to transport.
