The newborn insert of very supportive on the head and allows newborns to lay at a fairly flat angle, much flatter than other seats I have used. It is also much better value for money than some of the more expensive seats. - Strengths:

I bought this car seat which a lovely sunny yellow cover. This was for my son to take home from the hospital. Really easy to use and fits so quickly into the car with an automatic click. Can be a little hard to take out of the ISO fix base if you have long nails. Overall does the job, looks great and is very strong. I like the extra padding around the head which makes sure my sons head does not move out of place especially when he falls asleep in the car.

Easy to wash so that’s really important for me. Full cover can be easy removed and washed in washing mashine. Works for most prams with adapters and have lots of test. Highly recommend! - Strengths:

I used the cabrio fix seats with both my babies. It was so easy to use with the iso fix base, but also handy that I could still seatbelt it in to a car if I didn’t have the base. I could use it on my pram with adapters so you I did have to move/ wake baby when I was popping into shops was amazing. The fabric also kept baby nice and warm without making them sweaty, even in the summer. - Strengths:

I purchased this item for my 1st child. Found it so easy to carry, attatch to the buggy and strap into the car, i also liked the detatchable hood from the carry bar, giving my son alot more room to look around. - Strengths:

Easy to carry not too heavy. Looks nice and ours has lasted for 2 of our children so well worth the money. The only problem we had with this car seat was finding the fabric hood it was tucked in so tight we almost called the customer care line to complain we didn't have a hood we only realised after looking at a video on youtube - Strengths:

Love this car seat, I have had one with all 3 of my children, they always look comfy and cosy and are well protected. My second child was a winter baby so we bought the footmuff and it was lovely! The only problem I found was my third baby suffers with bad reflux and the straps have stained and are quite hard to wash properly. - Strengths:

I love this product it’s easy and simple to understand with easy to adjust straps. Comes in a variety of colours and looks smart, I loved so much bought a second for my 2nd child. Seat is in a reasonable price bracket compared to other seats on the market. I use in combination with Quinny products and it makes it so easy and quick to use from a newborn with extra support provided which can easily be removed as baby gets bigger.. only downside is it’s heavy to carry long periods. This car seat is great value for money and I only discovered this as one of the options for my urbo 2 pram when doing more research. I think mamas and papas wanted me to purchase the more expensive cybex Aton. Can be used with an isofix base which can also be strapped into the car.Read more

I bought this car seat for my son. Although I found it slightly expensive I’m glad I chose it. It’s not too big or heavy even with baby in it! Very easy to secure in car using the seat belt, you just slip through the back & across the front. Straps are very easy to adjust & did not slip, my baby feels very secure & safe in it! Cover also comes off to wash which was handy. Great car seat can fully recommend to any other mums. - Strengths:

Seems fine - fairly basic. But after an "accident" we machine washed the newborn insert and it fell apart! It's fairly simple to use but the handle is quite stiff so it's a bit of a challenge to move it forwards and backwards. We got the isofix which works really well with it. - Strengths:

Highly recommend! As a new mum there is so many choices for everything, when it came to a carseat I wanted the best in my price range. I feel maxi cosi has ticked every box. My newborn doesnt sleep anywhere except my arms and this seat. Absolutely love it, I use it with the isofix base and have adapters for my venicci pram. It has just made traveling and being out and about a breeze for us!

I use this car seat for my daughter its easy to install in your car and comes with a sun visor which can be taken off.

Description
The lightweight Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix infant carrier is suitable from birth to 13 kg and is compatible with Maxi-Cosi and Quinny pushchairs to form the perfect travel system.
This car seat features enhanced Side Protection System and a soft chushioned seat with newborn seat reducer.
Practical belt hooks will assist in keeping the harness out of your way when placing your child in the seat. A one-pull harness adjustment ensures that it is set at the right tension. As your baby grows, the harness and headhugger can be altered so that it is always positioned correctly.
The CabrioFix installation is very easy with Maxi-Cosi's range of click-and-go base units or it can also be installed using the car's three-point seat belt.
When used in conjunction with Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Base a light and sound indicator will notify you of its correct installation.
The car seat can also be adjusted into a unique upward position so older babies have more legroom. As a result, you can use the seat for longer in the rearward facing position which is the safest way for younger children to travel.
This car seat has been designed with your little one's comfort in mind: it is supplied with a headhugger, newborn seat reducer, chest and buckle pad and an integrated sun canopy. It also features an extra comfortable ergonomic carrying handle to make it easier for you to transport.
