Brought this for my baby as wanted something different as has a lot of the same kind of toys.
It’s bright and makes a lot of different sounds/ music. My baby loves it and keeps him entertained and interested.
The only criticism is I don’t think it is loud enough.
It is pricey but worth it and if you can get it on offer defo recommend. - Strengths:

My little one loved watching beat bo dance. Tummy lights up all different colours.
2 volume settings. The noise of the actual movements is quite noisy, scared my baby at first but he soon got used to it.
It has a function where it copies your voice. - Strengths:

Nice little toy, quite amusing when we first got it but my girl become bored of it quite quick. She still plays with it but not as much. She was more interested in having it repeat what she as saying than in dancing with it. - Strengths:

I buy BeatBo (or BeatBelle) for all my nieces, nephews, and friends kids when they turn 1.
The toy is very interactive and all the kids absolutely love it.
It sings songs, learn the alphabet, follow the commands, and just has great colours flashing lights.
You can also record a message and it turns it into a song.
Usually when I first give it to the child when they are 1 they learn to press the buttons quickly and love watching the lights, but a few months later as they develop I love watching them copy the moves and clapping along.
It is always my go-to 1st birthday gift, however it isn’t the cheapest toy in the toy shop. You can sometimes get them on sale, but usually they are around £30+ most places. But so much fun.
Definitely recommend. - Strengths:

We have this for our little girl, she doesn't really understand what to do with it. It colours are lovely and bright but everything is a bit repetitive. She is always attracted to the biggest button on it which is the record one so all we hear is "when my tummy turns red". You need it on the loud setting or you can't hear so well I've the mechanical movement. I feel it is a bit of a waste of money for us. - Strengths:

I have 2 this toys. One green version and one pink one. My daughter get this at her first birthday . At first place she was scared of it . We wait some time to try again. Now she play with it. She is now 19 months and she still not getting what she supposed to do it. I think she is to small understand she suppose dance when toy is saying this. But she has a lot of fun. My second daughter is nearly 5 months now and she really like it when this toy talk to her. She is not scared at all . She even manage to press toy buttons. I can say is even better for younger one than older one. A toy is really good quality. Strong material as my daughter is doing with this toys things she don't suppose to do but its still working and in one piece. Don't changed batteries from beginning so don't use to much energy. Can fully recommended. - Strengths:

My daughters weren't overly keen on this so we put it away for a month or so and when we went to re-introduce it, after putting new batteries in, it had turned into some mechanical monster. My 2 year old was terrified, but my 1 year old didn't mind it now (she's odd). -

We have the pink version of this. I can't see why this is meant to be suitable from 9 months. It gives instructions on "dance moves" which babies can't follow. It is honestly one of the most annoying toys I've been gifted. Baby girl will push one button for a few minutes and get bored. Wouldn't recommend for younger kids, would say more suitable for age 3 plus. - Strengths:

Firstly I think this is very overrated toy . It commands baby to say and do things that a baby wouldn’t be able to do . Unless about 3. Over all I think it’s quite pointless . It flashes sings and repeats what you say and moves it’s head . It’s very heavy but durable
It’s been flung all
Over and not broke but he’s never been overly interested in it . I wouldn’t recommend it if I’m honest . - Strengths:

Brilliant. My daughter had one for her 1st birthday. In the last year this toy has been played with endlessly and is still like new. It been thrown, bitten, dribbled on and it's not damaged at all. It keeps her entertained to ages and now she's signing along with the songs. My son is 7 months and he also loves playing with it with the lights and movement for visual stimulation and I'm sure he will love it! - Strengths:

My son was bought this for Christmas 2016 and he loved it, first toy he'd really taken an interest in. He still loves bopping along with it and get very giddy when we record something to play back to him, his little brother loves the flashing lights too. When my wee boy was a couple of months old I asked some friends for ideas of toys for him and nearly everyone recommended BeatBo. I thought he was still too young for it but they were very insistent so I went ahead and got one.
And it was a massive hit from day one!
My son likes music and has always been fascinated by lights so BeatBo holds his attention really well. We initially used it to distract him during the dreaded nappy changes but now he'll happily sit up and watch the toy for a while; it's especially handy for breaking him of a crying jag when he's wound up.
The ABC Dance is almost guaranteed to get a smile out of him; though for some reason the Rainbow Colours song makes him cry.
It's quite pricy for what it really is but there's no denying we'll get our money's worth from it as I'm sure it'll keep us all occupied well into the toddler years. A month in and we're starting to notice that the batteries are dying and it cuts out halfway through some songs but it keeps the little guy quiet and entertained so I'm sure we'll keep BeatBo fuelled for a while yet. It keeps most of the adults in the family entertained as well.
A word of warning though, you may find yourself singing BeatBo Boogie at inopportune moments, like in the queue at the supermarket! - Strengths:

My little girl loves it she dances with it and even laughs at it 100% recommend it just a shame about the price its expensive especially for people who would love one but struggling to pay for 1. I gift my toys to people in need when my girls don't play with them anymore so I'll gift this when my girl gives up with it. Its really good especially for babies who love dancing. - Strengths:

This is by far our best toy purchase. The flashing lights instantly captures my little ones attention, so makes a great distraction during a wriggling nappy change. The songs are great too, I find myself constantly singing along and best of all the alphabet song finishes with a zed, which is great as I find a lot of toys are aimed more for the American market with a zee. My little boy has had this since he was 4 months (although it is recommend 9+ on the box) and adores it, as does he's cousins aged 2 and 4 years and the big kids of the family - Me and Dad! In fact everyone who has seen Beatbo thinks he is fab. Fun, educational and highly recommended. I'm sure you'll all love Beatbo as much as we do. - Strengths:

This Fisher price toy is amazing really. My little loves it. The music and the fact that it moves side to side and teaches abc along with other music and learning it's able to keep recording of voice on to it to. When my baby cries and hard to settle or even changing her nappy at times difficult this toys keeps her well distracted and makes it easy for me. As well as her enjoying it generally very catch beats. - Strengths:

My boy got this for his first birthday and it's his absolute favourite! He has started standing up dancing along with his beat bo, he presses the red button and waits then speaks and when it plays back to him as a song he gets so excited! My 5 year old also loves it and sings along to all of the songs and dances with her brother, they both love if and although the price was steep it was definitely worth it because it gives both my children so much joy and the best part is that it's not an annoying toy either! - Strengths:

This is the best toy I've purchased. My baby isn't interested in any of his other toys yet at 3 months but he loves this. There's lots of different phrases and songs and the lights are definitely attractive to my baby. There is even an option for you to record a phrase which the robot repeats. This is a lifesaver and gives me an hour to do some housework/eat/shower which I couldn't manage before. I would definitely recommend. - Strengths:
