I love these vitamins as it ensures that i take all the supplements i need even when I’m not eating all the good foods i should. This vitamin covers it for me and also ensures my baby gets the best nutrients as a breastfed baby should. I find these vitamins also help prevent constipation. Only downside is It’s a little pricey and i find the yellow tablet awkward to swallow, i always make sure i have plenty of water to take with these vitamins! - Strengths:

Good to have when you forget to eat the necessities to keep breastfeeding going. The price is steep though. If these were cheaper I probably would of bought them again. - Strengths:

After giving birth and beginning on my breastfeeding journey, I had many struggles and I also felt rotten after an emergency section and having sepsis. I spent a lot of time resting up but I still felt rotten. It was only until my sister recommended I should take vitamins to help get goodness into my body. I was quite desperate so I was willing to try everything, and these really did the trick. It's difficult when you are a new mum to try and eat healthy and look after yourself the way you normally would, but these are easy and quick to take. I kept them by my bedside and I made myself two goals - to take my vitamins daily and to drink lots of water. I would recommend all new breastfeeding mummies take these to help benefit both you and your baby! - Strengths:

These are good tablets to use while breastfeeding, the packs come with the days of the week on to help you to remember you have taken them, they are very expensive compared to some vitamins you can get they are easy to get out of the packet and they have clear and easy instructions on how and when to take them - Strengths:

I take these every day. Whilst feeding my baby she seems to take everything from me. If I miss taking these even for one day, I feel it the next day. I seem to seize up, my hands, my feet, and ankles. She must be taking every last bit of calcium from me. If I take these vitamins they seem to replace whatever my baby has taken from me. My skin and hair are amazing since using these, which is another bonus. I couldn't feed her without taking these daily. - Strengths:

Having taken the original Pregnacare throughout pregnancy I moved on to these when I started breastfeeding. With everything our bodies go through during pregnancy, labour and when nourishing our babies through breastfeeding I wanted something to give peace of mind that I was getting all the nutrients I needed to then be able to pass goodness on through my breast milk.
Although there are 3 tablets to take each day they are easy to swallow with water and don't taste offensive at all. I definitely think they've made me feel more human post-partum and they've reassured me that I'm getting all I need to be able to sustain and nourish my baby girl whilst exclusively breastfeeding.
With balanced vitamins and being recommended by my own midwife I'd definitely also recommend these to other Mums. - Strengths:

I took the pregnancy pregnacare all through my pregnancy and it only seemed right that I continued this when breastfeeding. So I bought the pregnacare breastfeeding vitamins.
I like this brand as they are a trusted brand and I used them for all 3 of my pregnancy and breastfeeding journeys. They have the days of the week clearly printed on the tablets which is a life sacer with baby brain and lack of sleep! Highly recommend - Strengths:

I used pregncare all through my last pregnancy and whilst trying to conceive so i stuck with the brand while I was breastfeeding too. I had zero side effects from them and I’m convinced they helped keep my energy levels up in those first few weeks when I got little or no sleep! It wasn’t about me though,I took these so I could be sure I had all the nutrients I needed to provide my son with the best quality milk I could (as a first time mum I was very underprepared for how little time I would have to cook in those first few weeks so my diet was all over the place).
The only negative if I’m being picky is the price, they are a bit pricey but it’s a brand I know I can trust so I wouldn’t have chosen anything else. I just tried to make sure I stocked up when they were on offer - Strengths:

these tablets made me feel i was giving my baby the best start to life on top of being breast fed. No side affects and easy to swallow. I had used Pregnacare throughout my pregnancy so felt this was the best choice for after my baby was born -
