I love bio oil. It is the best product to keep your skin hydrated and prevent stretch marks. It also works wonders on already existing stretch marks making them less noticeable.

I used bio oil with my first pregnancy 7 years ago, every day through the entirety of my pregnancy and also for approximately a month after birth. I never had a single sign of a stretch mark appearing! I also use bio oil for some deep scaring from childhood and their appearance has improved dramatically. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I have been using this product religiously every night and have been stretch mark free (so far!). I have really bad dry skin and have stretch marks LITERALLY EVERYWHERE! However, bio oil has been keeping my skin nice and moist and supple. I bought a large bottle when I first found out I was pregnant and I think it will last me till I have the baby. This is such a great product, I used it for my first and had no stretch marks. I have now used it for my second and still no stretch marks. I recommend this product to all my friends and family. It is a little pricey but worth every penny - Strengths:

I was so worried about stretch marks when pregnant but I applied this product every day and did not get any stretch marks. The smell of the oil isn’t too strong and not too greasy. It also helped stopped the itching of the skin stretching. - Strengths:

I used from when I was 8 weeks pregnant rather than the suggested 12 weeks as I could already feel my skin stretching. Can’t 100% say it was only down to this product but I have no stretch marks, none at all. It was quite an expensive purchase when not on offer, but worth every penny. I am in my 23rd week and I use this product since my 1st trimester. I found it a really good product preventing from stretches marks and I feel my skin really soft and hydrated. However,I would say that the price might be a bit higher than I would expect. -

I love bio oil!! I have used ever since my first pregnancy. It has reduced the visibility of my stretch marks and scars massively some i can hardly even see. It spreads well and lasts long even though it is a bit pricey it is definitely worth it as it actually works!! - Strengths:

I'm only 15 weeks and not showing yet but I've started using the bio oil anyway in an attempt to prevent stretch marks. However, I have read that there is very little oil and creams will do as stretch marks are in your genes; if you're going to get them you will, if you're not you're lucky. It's about the elastin in your skin. If your mum had them you likely will. - Strengths:

I used Bio-Oil throughout my pregnancy and didn't gain one stretch mark. I've also used it on old stretch marks (from years ago) and old scars and their appearance is noticeably improved.Read more
I thought the oil might have been greasy but once rubbed in and absorbed it isn't at all and doesn't mark or stain clothes at all like you might expect it to, being an oil.
The smell is light and pleasant and the oil left on your hands after applying elsewhere makes for a great hand softener if left on overnight. It's easy to apply, feels very luxurious and really does deliver everything it promises to.
Although the price may be a little high, unless you manage to get it on offer, it is 100% worth every penny and a bottle lasts quite a long time, even when using the oil over the expanse of a growing baby bump!
I would definitely recommend this for use during pregnancy and after birth as your bump softens too. I'm so glad I had my bottle to hand in the hospital afterwards. - Strengths:

The oil is a bit runny so you have to rub it in quickly best to apply over a sink so it doesn’t get on any furniture

I use this from the start with my first pregnancy daily and ended up with no stretch marks. It's easy to apply and really works I didn't use it as much with my 2nds but applied it after I got the stretch marks and it helped reduce them.
