I was brought some of this when I found out I was pregnant then when I found out it was twins I brought a ton more. It's nice a cooling on my tummy which is constantly stretching so get hot and itchy alot. It seems to be helping keep the stretch marks down I still have some but they're not red raw which I'm putting down to the oil. The only thing I would say is it gets every where and takes a very long time to sink in/dry so I end up sat woth my tummy exposed for a while to stop it getting all over my clothes. - Strengths:

I started using this on bump in the hope to prevent stretch marks but found it was a little too greasy for my liking. I have however started using it for a couple of scars that I have on my leg and they have been reduced significantly and are no longer as red. - Strengths:

I have only recently started using this product, and as a first time mum, of a young age, stretch marks are a real fear. I cannot say whether it is working with being so early on in my pregnancy, but my skin feels a lot more subtle and I have not found it leaving marks on clothes or bedding at this time. I wish I’d be allowed to write another review as I progress throughout my journey, maybe something the site can think about for mums to be. - Strengths:

I have been using bio oil for many years, mainly putting it on my face every week for acne scars. Since becoming pregnant I have used bio oil religiously every night after my bath just a few drops and I am now 39 weeks pregnant and not a stretch mark in sight. I love this product. I have sensitive, dry skin and was worried about the amount of stretch marks I'd get and this product has really worked. It smells lovely and even though it's oil, it doesn't feel super greasy and it does sink into the skin nicely. - Strengths:

Bio oil has been a life saver throughout my pregnancy. I have no stretch marks (touch wood- so far at 36 weeks) on my stomach. However sadly I have gained stretch marks where I haven’t applied it! My thighs and breasts which I think shows how well it works!!! - Strengths:

I use this from the start with my first pregnancy daily and ended up with no stretch marks. It's easy to apply and really works I didn't use it as much with my 2nds but applied it after I got the stretch marks and it helped reduce them.

I've been using bio oil for about a 2 months now and it seems to be working well. It’s makes my skin feel refreshed and has helped with my stretch marks in my pregnancy A little goes a long way as well.
The oil is a bit runny so you have to rub it in quickly best to apply over a sink so it doesn’t get on any furniture

I brought one of these little bottles to keep my stretch marks at bay. For the size it was quite expensive but I'd previously read decent reviews on it. I gave up with it after a few weeks as it made everything greesy, stained my pj's and bedding. Definitely not a cream you'd want to put on before work. I'm not sure if it helps the stretch mark as I didn't continue using it however it does make your skin nice and soft. - Strengths:

Good oil, I've used it during and after my pregnancy. Gentle fragrance and skin feels nice to touch after application. I only had a few stretch marks under my breast. I'll definitely recommend it. Good for price. - Strengths:

i love using bio oil, it is keeping my skin soft and moisturised allowing my belly to grow with ease. it feels great when you apply it and it lasts a long time. for years everyone has said it is the best care for stretchmarks reducing the appearance and preventing them appearing if used early on. the bottle you get is quite small but it does go a long way. overall i am very happy with the product - Strengths:

I've been using bio oil for about a month now and it seems to be working well. I live in a village with a small chemist and was able to buy it there which was good. Things that are easy to source are always a benefit.
The consistency is very runny and you have to rub it in quickly. I also sit the bottle in the sink when I'm rubbing it in so I don't get the residue on any furnishings.
It's a little on the expensive side but I'll be happy if it works right to the end of my pregnancy. - Strengths:

I am on my second trimester. started using bio oil in the beginning of my second trimester - all over my tummy, breast and face twice a day. My second trimester is almost over now never felt ichy and my face complexion has even out ,infect got many compliments in mean time. I would highly recommend this product with a result so visible in no time.

Absorbs very well, has a subtle smell but smells nice. Works so well for stretch marks, uneven skin tone and scars. Use during pregnancy even if you are not showing stretch marks yet as it will keep your tummy subtle and stretchy so the stretch marks wont form so much. - Strengths:

I used Bio-Oil throughout my pregnancy and didn't gain one stretch mark. I've also used it on old stretch marks (from years ago) and old scars and their appearance is noticeably improved.
I thought the oil might have been greasy but once rubbed in and absorbed it isn't at all and doesn't mark or stain clothes at all like you might expect it to, being an oil.
The smell is light and pleasant and the oil left on your hands after applying elsewhere makes for a great hand softener if left on overnight. It's easy to apply, feels very luxurious and really does deliver everything it promises to.
Although the price may be a little high, unless you manage to get it on offer, it is 100% worth every penny and a bottle lasts quite a long time, even when using the oil over the expanse of a growing baby bump!
I would definitely recommend this for use during pregnancy and after birth as your bump softens too. I'm so glad I had my bottle to hand in the hospital afterwards. - Strengths:

I'm only 15 weeks and not showing yet but I've started using the bio oil anyway in an attempt to prevent stretch marks. However, I have read that there is very little oil and creams will do as stretch marks are in your genes; if you're going to get them you will, if you're not you're lucky. I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I have been using this product religiously every night and have been stretch mark free (so far!). I have really bad dry skin and have stretch marks LITERALLY EVERYWHERE! However, bio oil has been keeping my skin nice and moist and supple. I bought a large bottle when I first found out I was pregnant and I think it will last me till I have the baby. I've been using this oil since the beginning of my pregnancy and most days I like the soothing feeling of rubbing it in every night. However I do have oil stains on many of my sheets because of it which is not great! Not totally sure if it's working to keep my stretch marks at bay, but I'm 34 weeks so far and only have a few on my thighs and one near my belly button. This oil leaves a nice texture to your skin , dries quickly and is easy to apply . I currently don’t have any stretch marks and my skin feels better once this has been applied . It’s easy to slot into your daily routine , I use it after every bath or shower. The only down side is it’s a tad pricey. 19.99 for a big bottle and you do use a fair amount each time although it seems to be lasting well through out my pregnancy . I would purchase a smaller bottle if I ran out of this to take me to the end of my pregnancy. Nice smell and texture and nice packaging. Absolutely love Bio-oil! I use it everywhere and can really feel and see the difference in my skin-from stretch marks to acne scars this product really helps to reduce the appearance and even out your overall skin tone! I used bio oil with my first pregnancy 7 years ago, every day through the entirety of my pregnancy and also for approximately a month after birth. I never had a single sign of a stretch mark appearing! I also use bio oil for some deep scaring from childhood and their appearance has improved dramatically. The consistency of bio oil is perfect, it doesn’t leave skin greasy and absorbs nicely. It also has a pleasant fragrance.
