This was purchased after another thermometer that was given to us was proved to be rubbish! This thermometer however is brilliant. Simply tap on a hard surface to activate, add to bath water and let it adjust to tell you the temperature. If the water is too hot the thermometer flashes red. - Strengths:

This is a really good product I especially liked the red flash light for being too hot... one night I’d gone and ran a bath when o left to go get my little boy it’s temp was perfect I came back with him and noticed the flash it had gone up and was now too hot if it wasn’t for the flash I don’t think I would of seen it and put my little boy in - Strengths:

This product gave me such peace of mind. I am a first time mum and was worried that the bath was ether too warm or too cold. So this was perfect. Instructions explain best temperature. You just place it in the bath it comes up clearly. Can also be used for room temp. It is affordable and reliable. In my opinion this is a must buy. - Strengths:

We love this product, with a quick tap on the side of the bath and put it in the water you are able to see the temperature. It also starts flashing if it’s to hot which is very handy. Couldn’t imagine not having one of these!! - Strengths:

This is a great little product, accurate readings of bath water temp and also takes temp of the room so you know your little one wont be cold when they get out the bath! I think it's a fantastic product. I hit the thermometer against something to turn it on and throw it in the baby bath. It straight away tells me the temperature of the water and if it's too hot there's a little red flash on it. I use it constantly when I'm sorting out my daughter's bath. Before I got it I was nervous about getting the temperature right. I have also used it as a room thermometer to make sure that my living room isn't too hot. It's very accurate I have used it against other thermometers to check the accuracy. I've never had a problem with it and would definitely recommend to anyone.Read more - Strengths:

We brought this during a lidl baby event a few months back, not knowing if it was any good but also knowing that it would be worth getting a room/bath thermometer at some point and we haven't been let down. All you have to do is tap it against a solid surface to turn it on, so it's fairly easy to use but it does go through the batteries compared to other electrical products. We really like how it works in the bath as it floats on top of the bath water and flashes red when the water gets to hot and then we just check the water with our elbow as you can obviously never be too careful. I've never owned one before until having my 3rd child. At night I use in the room my daughter sleeps in and use regularly for the bath. It flashes red if too hot and floats which is ideal. It's been really accurate with the actual room and bath temp. The only downside I'd say is that the display doesnt light up so it's hard to see at night

This little thermometer is a great product for new mums, perfect for both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. It floats in the bath water and flashes if the temperature of the water is too hot, it also comes with a stand so it can stand up in the bedroom when in use in there too. I was bought mine as a gift when pregnant, however think the price is very reasonable and would definitely pay full price for it. - Strengths:

I have used it every day for 3 months now at bath and bedtime and had no issues at all.
Has a blinking light that goes off if temperature goes above 38°, floats in water and has a little stand to sit on when out of the water.
I suggest drying it thoroughly after bath time use to prevent moulding.

Loved this product for my daughter to test the bath water. Visually it is great as the red lights flash when it is too hot which means us multitasking parents can just peek in the bathroom whilst doing something else. It can sometimes be a little bit slow to adapt to colder when water is added st the opposite end to the bath. I also used this same device in the bedroom to check temperatures. If you want peace of mind that your baby’s bath isn’t too hot then this is perfect. Description
Tommee Tippee's Bath and Room Thermometer provides quick and accurate temperature readings to help keep baby safe and comfortable during bath and sleep time. Designed in the TT star shape, the thermometer is styled to suit your decor.
For babies the room temperature should be approximately 18°C while the optimal temperature for bath is at body temperature, between 36.5°C and 38°C.
- Gently tap the unit to activate the display and temperature will be displayed in a few seconds. The temperature can be displayed in fahrenheit or celsius.
- The LED warning light on the display panel will illuminate red when the water temperature is above 39°C and too hot for baby.
- Thermometer floats in the bath and is certified as a bath toy. The optimum temperature for baby's bath water is body temperature, between 36.5°C and 38°C.
