I love this car seat and my son manages to fall asleep in it every time so must be comfy. Very simple to move from my car to another. The only downside is the straps can be quite stiff when I need to loosen it. - Strengths:

This seat was fab before now I’ve had to stretch at strange angles to get a wiggly baby into her seat comfortably pulling my back etc but with this seat it’s so much easier although at first it can be fiddly to sort the seat out it soon becomes easier. - Strengths:

I found this car seat fiddly to set up, however once in place its a breeze. We chose this to be a permanent fixture in our car and now it makes life so easy. I don't bump his head, strain my back or get cramps in my shoulders or neck.
The feel if the chair is quality and definitely worth the investment. I feel reassured that my child is safe. - Strengths:

Amazing car seat. 9 month old loves it. Being pregnant, not having to lean and twist to get her into the seat is ideal! Turns fully right or left to suit both sides of car. Extremely secure once fitted. The multiple recline positions make it very comfy for younger baby, she sits in it like she's in an armchair. Turn can be done with one hand. Strap holders each side of car seat means no digging straps out from behind baby once he/she is in the seat. Buckle is easy to fasten, no fiddling. Only snag is the seat can be turned when reclined, but it won't always lock into the forward facing position if it's reclined, best to turn the seat in upright position until it is locked in forward facing, then recline. Can get some great colours of spare seat covers too but everything can be removed and cleaned so slated aren't essential.Read more

Fantastic product!
I’ve been using this car seat for my daughter since November, it’s super easy to install and use. I particularly like the recline feature, for when little one gets tired this prevents any head bobbing. - Strengths:

I love this car seat however it doesn’t recline, as much as I love it my daughter is uncomfortable when she falls asleep as it can’t lay back a little for her to be comfortable. It’s so good to get my daughter in and out the car especially when she puts up a fight. - Strengths:

The seat is a little bulky which meant that his legs were close to the front seat before he reached the max weight he could use the seat to so we had to switch to the next seat up a little earlier than expected.
The bulkiness also meant that it wasn’t very practical to move seats from one car to another.
However, I will most definitely use this car seat for my next child simply for the swivel function. - Strengths:

I really like the swivel seat. It gives much easier access for putting your child in the car. I really like the lift up recline option which significantly changes the seating angle. The padding is good and the seat is comfy and supporting. But I feel that the straps don’t tighten well or evenly so one strap is slightly looser than the other. The slots in the cover are quite large too so lots of mess can go down into the base. It is also quite tricky to remove the covers for cleaning and it is a very heavy seat that doesn’t universally fit in all cars.Read more - Strengths:

This car seat is so good I bought another one for my little boy. The fact it turns makes it much easier to put children in and out of the seat in a saf manner for yourself and the child. My little girl who is almost 3 loves this seat and can climb into it herself! - Strengths:

Love this car seat very easy to put into the car safely and feels very secure in the car. Easy to loosen and tighten straps for the child to fit perfectly into the seat as well.

We have 2 cars, 1 which has isofix and one which doesn’t. My daughter has had hers for around 2 years now, and we have just bought one for our little one as well when he is big enough. The swivel function is amazing for back problems and the seat sits quite high as well, allowing for easier lifting. This also means that the little one can see out of the car window.Read more
The only downside is the initial installation- the ratchet strap is a faff, but it does keep the seat firmly in place. I had to watch a few YouTube vids to figure it out.

I found this ideal when my toddler was throwing a tantrum as the seat faces the door to allow you to strap them in without having to be a contortionist. Also when I hurt my back this seat was a godsend. The seatbelt ratchet system is a little fiddly but once you get the jist of it it's fine. It is reasonable quick to install and remove from the car, but very heavy to lug from car to car. My little one was in this seat from 9 months until 5 years old so good value for money and the recline positions were perfect for long journeys. I also think the covers are easier than most to remove and wash and as I washed mine alot I can say they have retained the shape be colour very well.Read more - Strengths:

This car seat is great for my almost 3 year old! He's quite heavy do the fact that the car seat turns 90 degrees makes getting him in and out of the car really easy. Description
The Maxi-Cosi Axiss is suitable for a toddler weighing from 9 to 18 kg (approx. 9 months to 4 years)
Its design enables parents to seat their child securely without leaning over. This Group 1 car seat rotates 90° in the direction of the door opening and enables front-on access to easily lift your child in or out of the car seat and secure them in mere seconds.
Once your little one is securely buckled up, you can rotate the seat forward again.
The Axiss’ colour indicators show parents when the seat has been safely returned to the correct position for travel. The Axiss features 8 different reclining positions, from an upright to sleep mode. Each position can be easily selected with the lever on the front of the seat.
The seat has extra padding for your child's head, back and bottom and the headrest and harness are simply adjusted to provide a secure and comfortable fit as your child grows.
