I am a stay at home mom that is in and outrunning the household. I don't always get a chance to prepare fresh baby food for my baby. So I found that Cow & gates food is a very convenient and fresh tasty product. It stores easy, the packaging is recyclable, they have a great variety of flavours, there are always great specials and good prices. My son enjoys the mango and apple flavour, its a good combination of fruit and tastes great. - Strengths:

My little ones loved these. Best to buy when on offer. Wish they did them in bigger jars in this flavour my little one loved it so much but wanted more. Quick and easy to take out with you or use for a quick snack at home.. I used to add this to baby cereal too. - Strengths:

We used this jar with our twin babies after purchasing a bundle of weaning food. It needed a good stir, but once this was done it was a great consistency for babies who have recently started weaning. The babies seemed to like the flavour and I tried some too as it smelt so good! It is also a good size so my babies didn't have it all in one go - good money-saving and, as it can be left in the fridge for 48 hours once opened, it got finished over the following two days! The only negative is that it's not great for having out and about as the glass jar is heavy. - Strengths:

This is a great start for your baby if he or she has a sweet tooth! You can get this for quite cheap in certain places! It is great if your baby is starting to want food and is eager to try new things! You can get give them half of the glass room temperature at first and the other half warm just to see what they like. - Strengths:

When my daughter first started solid foods these are the only things she would eat, she liked sweet things and a few of the jars were pretty tart and a little sour! But this one she loved and I was just happy she was eating something! The only problem was I found they got too cold being kept in the fridge and having to remember to take them out time before she was going to eat them was a nightmare, plus she couldn’t eat the full jar, and with them needed to be eaten within 24 hours amongst the other jars and my wanting to give her the same thing (even if she wouldn’t eat much else other than the sweet fruit jars) a quarter of it always went to waste. Although most of them being 65p each and most of the time on offer wasn’t too much of a loss! - Strengths:

I bought a few of these jars and I find that the fruit flavour puree is very sharp and bitter. I taste everything before giving it to my daughter and this left me with a very sharp bitter taste - almost had my eyes watering. Wouldn't use again find it easier to puree my own fresh fruit. - Strengths:

This baby food is perfect for starting to wean your baby even if you wean them at 4 months, the foods texture is brilliant for starters and getting them used to different food. They taste great personally, even though you don't have to warm them up and can serve them straight from the cupboard i always like to check the food. Once opened can be stored for 24hr in the fridge.
I just think these are perfect for a snack for starters and 6 month's. Small and compact easy to just take with you on the go no need for extra bowls of anything. - Strengths:
