I suffered with pgp throughout my pregnancy and one of these was recommended by physio and it helped me feel supported. It reduced back pain slightly which was a big help, especially towards the end of the pregnancy. The only downside is I found it stuck to my clothing maybe I didn't do. It correctly. - Strengths:

So, this product supports well and made for more comfortable walking and movement. However, once washed the vecro curls and it doesn't stay under clothes brilliantly. Also, the velcro and elastic itself is so itchy, you have to wear it over something which, as well as an over bump pair of trousers and a top can be very warm which exasperates the itchiness. The concept I'd great, but this particular product doesn't execute it well. - Strengths:

I used this with my first pregnancy to help support my bump, once in place it was fantastic, found out with my second pregnancy that I shouldn't use it all day. - Strengths:

I love mine, it helped so much with back pain and trapped nurve, it's comfy, easy to use and also helped lift my bump slightly to take pressure off of everything. I did speak medical attention first and was recommended by my physio therapist. - Strengths:

This was a lifesaver when pregnant. It gave the much needed extra support and reduced some of the pain from hips/lower back. Only thing I disliked was the velcro wasn't as 'sticky' after washing. Limited selection of colours. - Strengths:

I have suffered with PGP from 8 weeks pregnant and wasn't given this belt until about 28 weeks. It instantly eased the pain a slice amount. It's rear for standing and walking about as supports the bump but digs in the hips when sitting and driving. - Strengths:

No matter how I wore this it hurt in some way, incredibly uncomfortable and no amount of moving or switching it around helped at all. I honestly don't think they work particularly well. - Strengths:

I wore one of these belts since 15 weeks pregnant. I suffered really bad with Sciatica and SPD and the belt really helped to release some of the pressure and distribute my weight evenly.
I don’t think I would’ve made it out of the house without one of these. - Strengths:
