We selected this play mat as it had multiple uses and a unique feature. It can be used as a playmat with hanging toys and a ball pit. Initially, my son played on the flat mat. We bought lots of additional toys to hang and play with including rattles and mirrored toys. Once our child was sitting up we used the velcro sides and introduced the balls. He absolutely loves it and has entertained him for hours. Our 3 year old son also enjoys playing with our baby laying on the mat. Our baby also enjoys looking at the colourful pictures around the edge and posting things through the netted hole. It is used daily in our house and permanently set up for play. Would highly recommend.

This play-gym is really entertaining for little children/babies. Our son started being amused by it from about age of 4-5 months. There are many little accessories that can be attached to different parts of the play gym. The light up monkey has an option of calming rain forest sounds and also some lovely music that my son enjoys. When the sides are put up and the gym is filled up with balls, that's when the real fun begins! I will be keeping this play-gym for my second baby as it's easy to wash and is rather good quality. - Strengths:

Got this for my first son and it has lasted so well. I love the fact it’s 5 in 1. It’s definitely worth your money. You get lots of little toy bits plus a battery operated elephant thar lights up and plays music. My son would stop crying as soon as I turn the elephant on I had to take it everywhere with us. So yeah the mat was great but the elephant it came with was a life saver. - Strengths:

Great play gym! We got it in the sale and it was well worth it. Our little one loves the toys hanging down and the elephant musical toy is fab! We have used that to keep her entertained all over as it’s velcro and easily attaches and detached for use elsewhere. It needs more hanging toys to keep baby entertained so we’ve added several of our own and it works well, there’s plenty of loops for you to attach your own things. If you were using it as a ball pit it would definitely need more balls, but works well as a play gym with balls to play with. Would recommend!

This has been one of our best buys.
When opening the box was very difficult to access but once inside the play gym was very easy to assemble.
There are a wide variety of toys which all do different things and the bright contrasting colours really help engage baby. Having the option to put the sides up for yummy time really helped. The tummy time cushion is good although is a bit slippy on the mat.
The fact this can fold up into a mini ball pit is great although a few more balls would help fill the area a bit more.
The best part of this play gym is the light up musical elephant which captivated my little ones attention every time. It would be good to have one more slightly quieter volume sound and also have the option to turn just the lights or just the sound on but otherwise it’s great.
This has definitely been our best purchase and would recommend to anyone with a new baby - Strengths:

Our 2 month old loves this gym. It's easily converted into a flat playmat or the top can be put on with the two sides up or down. With the sides up it can also be used as a ball pool (balls included in a cute lion bag). The musical elephant plays music or nature sounds at two sound levels and the music isn't annoying. There are plenty of toys included that can be attached to the bars or just held. You also get a tummy time pillow which is great as it's not too thick so can be used from birth unlike many others.
