I had my eyes on this pram from day one! It is simply beautiful (many people compliment it- strangers/ friends and family!) and is definitely well made. I love how easy it is to adjust the height setting for both the handle bar and the angle of the chair (once baby graduates from Moses part). The hood is nice and has a little peep whole which comes in handy when baby is world-facing. I like the fact that it has an additional sun shade you can pull down to extend the hood however this sometimes still doesn’t provide sufficient coverage. The storage basket is generously sized but as a large pram you would hope for this. The frame itself is very sturdy and I’ve found it particularly easy to push over bumps/curbs and change direction easily. A couple of ‘downsides’ I would note- it is an expensive pram, and having to Pay for extras (adaptors/ rain over/ additional seat support) does really push the spend up. Secondly, as others have mentioned, it is bulky- it comes apart in two for storage but separating, folding and putting into car doesn’t really make for a swift exit/entrance! It is heavy/bulky and you do get the occasional scratch on the frame from loading in and out of car. Overall, an expensive bit of kit but I can honestly say I do not regret this purchase- it’s made to last, a statement pram which is classy and practical and this is reflected in the price tag. Further down the line I will probably invest in a ‘cheap’ buggy for quick trips when my daughter is older- but from birth and for primary use it’s perfect!

When I got my 3d I was over the moon. It looked good and was on special offer at the time of purchase and I also got the car seat for free. The pushchair was complicated from the off. It was a nightmare getting it turned into carry cot. And then when I wanted to use car seat had to strip it all down to be able to use car seat. It was a nightmare to fold down so most of the time it ended up on its side in the boot. It was heavy and the shopping basket underneath may as well of not been there.

I got this pram while i was pregnant, it was looking nice and seemed so easy to handle and fold as they showed me at the store. But when i received it , i realised i didn't make the best decision . It was difficult to navigate, it was also heavy and difficult to fold or unfold , when being folded it still Takes up lot of space. Also when i make my baby in a sitting position he just slipped down only his neck was hold by the back support used it for 5 months, and after 5 months when i was out walking felt like the pram gonna just collapse any moment, my baby didn't like it either so i got rid of it . I personally had a quite bad experience.

I loved this buggy, so simple to fold up etc. Easy to clean, love that it can face world and parent so if suitable for a good range of ages. Pushed good, can be dificuly on to grumpy ground however is easily controlled.
Only down side is tho size, compared to some it's on the large side and bulky.

I was so excited when I bought this pram, they made it look so easy to use in the store but wasn’t the case when I had a newborn. The pram is gorgeous and I loved walking around with it but the set up and fold was hard work. I suffered with a bad back after birth and couldn’t get it in and out of my car. It folds small but tall. This is great for storing in the house but a nightmare to travel with. I imaging it would have lasted a while but i had to change prams after 3 month.

We bought this for our 1st baby only got few weeks put of pram before he had outgrew it. Pushchair is ok but find that its more suited to a toddler. It good that it can lay flat as pushchair but we had to purchase another pushchair as our son slipped out of straps.
  • 4.25/5
    • Strengths:

Multi use to convert from pram to pushchair and ability to clip on car seat

    • Weaknesses:

It is quite heavy and you have to use both hands to push - it’s not very manoeuvrable one-handed

Brilliant pram which has lasted my daughter from birth to 18 months and beyond. Well built to last, I would highly recommend this pram. The only downsides for me were that it is a little on the heavy side so it is somewhat of a struggle to lift when I’m on my own and when steering I found both hands were needed for manoeuvrability.

I bought the older version of this pram as it now seems to have been updated. I purchased mine in the sugared almond colour. I didn’t get a car seat in the set but thought originally that it was still a good price considering the brand. I did get a large matching changing bag and a rain cover - but what you get with it all depends on where it is purchased so can’t say too much about that.
The fabric was good quality, and the infant unit was really padded and my daughter loved being in it. It does have straps in this mode to secure baby in but they were just fabric and Velcro so no chance of irritating the baby and looked very comfy. I did find though that with the apron on in this mode, the pram looked large and bulky.
The seat unit wasn’t separate to the frame which I actually liked for space purposes as I didn’t have much room to be storing lots of parts, it just came with a nice padded head hugger to zip on, and a lovely comfy cosy toes/full liner to zip on. It wasn’t too tricky to convert to a seat unit but did take me a few goes to figure it out.
I found the fold down mechanism to be really awkward and got stuck most of the time, although once folded correctly it did make it super easy to pop away in the cupboard. It got stuck so frequently though I gave up doing it correctly!
The hood and apron were easy to attach and detach when required and the shopping basket was a decent size. The handles were also adjustable slightly.
Now the pram frame felt so cheap as it was plastic, and it felt wobbly and rickety when pushing. It was secure enough for baby but for the name you’d think the quality would be a little better. The handles felt cheap too and I ended up hating the separate handles and wish I’d gotten a pram with a bar handle instead. It was impossible to steer one handed, wasn’t parent facing in the seat mode and the wheel locks were rubbish as they jammed quite a lot. It was lightweight but definitely not compact. All in all the pram was ok, and despite thinking it was a good price when I read up about it online, once I got it delivered I realised it wasnt that much of a bargain at all. It just generally felt cheap and it didn’t come with a car seat. I wouldn’t recommend this pram for quality but my daughter did find it really comfy!

This was the first pram I purchased for baby before he was born. I thought it looked very smart and was a bargain price for what came with it. However using the pram for a couple of months I wish I had researched a little more to get the best pram for me.
When used in travel system mode with the car seat attached I found it quite difficult to steer and it was very long and quite bulky in this mode. I had to take the pram in for repair as it was really quite difficult to steer but even this didn’t rectify the problem.
The newborn insert was lively and padded though and my baby seemed quite comfortable when the pram was used in this way.
Folding the pram was also quite difficult and I often found myself struggling to open and close the pram, even after having four months to try and figure it out!
Overall I didn’t really enjoy the product and switched to another pram. Other thing that I disliked about the travel system was that it did not parent face which a lot of other prams now do.

Had this pram 3 years and is now starting yo fail after heavy use so served its purpose. Loved the spacious carry cot with a newborn strap at the waist which i find is no longer a feature on newer prams. The hood moves enough to shade baby sun. Toddler seat is also spacious and 3yo still fits comfortably. Have to remove the carrycot to folder (umbrella style) and need 2 hands to collapse and can be a little heavy. Had car seat that fits to travel system with adapters which is convenient. Basket a decent size and only 1 raincover required.i would recommend appear bulkier than newer prams but more spacious.

I have gone through a few different travel systems so far as i'm fussy and wasnt getting on with a lot of them. I found this one to be absolutely perfect for me its easy to change between the different seats and tp fold and put into the car. My little boy loves it and looks very comfortable and happy it will last intil jes walking everywhere meaning no need to go and buy anotjhr one again. Will definitely be getting the same sort of thing when i have another or might even just store this one as i don't think ill fond another one like it.

Comes with everything you need. Baby always seems comfy in it. Nice design. Good value for money.

In all it’s a good pushchair and if you’re not looking to spend a small fortune on a travel system then this is exactly what you need. It’s a little tricky to steer one handed so not great if you have a toddlers hand to hold aswell. Also doesn’t parent face which is a shame. The seat unit is roomy and has plenary of space for baby to grow so it will last you a long time unlike most travel systems which you’ll give up on for a stroller at around 6 months. It has an umbrella gold so perfect if you don’t have much boot space but lacks a large shopping basket.

I have loved this pushchair. It not only looks great but is an excellent quality. It folds down and goes back up much easier than other pushchairs I've seen and the fact it turns from a pram into a stroller is a huge bonus. After all of this you really can't complain with the price tag!

You really can't go wrong with Silver Cross. The pram is a good solid pram, beautifully designed and not heavy like some brands I have used as well. Only problem is folding and holding the baby in a rush. But other than that it is a wonderful pram. 100% recommend it .

I’ve used this pram for 4 months now and it’s great, it’s sturdy strong and baby is lovely and cosy inside, sleeps peacefully. It’s lightweight to push but it’s a bit heavy picking up in and out if car especially when you’ve just had a baby and not much core strength, however it’s not unmanageable, there is a bit of faffing around when unfolding and folding when you have newborn part on but that is something you get with most prams the more you use it the quicker you get, it’s easily cleaned only downside to this pram is you can’t really get much in the shopping bag underneath.

    • Strengths:

Easy to fold away and store, can attach the Ventura car seat

    • Weaknesses:

A lot of faff to put the pram bit on.

This is an excellent stroller and is helpful to pop the car seat onto if you're just running into a shop or something.
However there isn't a way to fold it up as the pram and you have to remove the foot muff, hood and pram lining to put it in the car or away which is a lot of faff when you need to reassemble it when you get to where you're going.
