We got this for my baby after researching different play gyms available. My baby loved the bright lights and music. He really enjoyed reaching for the hanging toys after he became more alert 5 months+
At around 7 months I transferred him to the flying saucer, which was a little fiddly to attach together as the toys were pretty jammed. However, he enjoyed it. I like the swivel action a lot, so I can turn baby around when he wants to play with something new. Both items can keep baby entertained for a long while.The playmat may be slightly small for larger babies who are rolling quite early. - Strengths:

The Bright Starts 2 in 1 Silly Sunburst Activity Gym and Saucer will keep your baby very busy: it is packed full of fun features: younger babies will enjoy the play gym on the floor while older babies, from around 6 months, can sit inside the activity centre.

The light bar transfers easily from play gym to an activity table and features 3 ways to play: lights only (for quiet play), baby-activated and continuous play for 20 minutes of lights and music.
Comes with a leaf teether, a ladybird roller, a turtle with spinning paddle and a bug bead chaser plus a mirror sun character for self-discovery.
The seat rotates 360° so baby can reach all the toys; 4 link loops make it possible to add more of baby's favourite toys.
3 height adjustments mean it grows with baby.
The seat pad is machine-washable and simple to remove
